Doug Dervon is a smooth talking artist, not a good one!! Unprofessional work is what I saw. The bathroom shower had to be totally re-done by a new contractor. Doug told me, "it's not like this is a new house", but his company did put up the wall!! Roofing had to be re-done also. And the bay window was installed improperly!! That also required new work to fix! Expect to see additional charges and numerous delays!!
