Dr. Kenneth Rowan is an orthodontist in Jefferson City, Missouri, who has been providing superior personalized, orthodontic treatment to children, teens and adults for over 40 years! Dr. Rowan earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 1971 and his Master of Science in Orthodontics from St. Louis University four years later.
