YOU WILL HAVE AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH MASTER MOVERS. Everything is contracted and they pass the blame around. Original quote was only a third of what I was charged at the end. TV was broken, refrigerator dented, and they tried to put the blame on us. Didn't deliver on the day they were supposed to and kept changing dates at the last minute. PLEASE STAY AWAY from MASTER MOVERS!

Do not use this company EVER!! They were moving things for us from S side of Chicago on the IND side to near the CARMEL Ind area. The things were in storage. We found them on some moving app. We told them everything that was to be moved and they came to look it over and gave a price for the entire move and delivery of the items. We had nice clothing and some furniture and boxes for them to move. We agreed to the price and of course we always tip. We paid our deposit. My initial thoughts about the company were great until they showed up to collect my belongings. 2 guys showed up with a rusty non marked box truck and it gave me an uneasy feeling. However I needed to move and was left with no options. I then proceed to show the movers everything to be moved. I was then informed that the motorcycle that I had needed to be drained of fuel. Horrible all the bad reviews are an understatement. How are these people In Buisness? Lies, misrepresenting unprofessional low life’s. Walked out on our job without a word. snook out like the criminals they are. Lost pieces to furniture I had hired them to move leaving a power bed, 2 seventy inch TV’s and 2 patio recliners inoperable also failed to unpack or washer and dryer. This company is complete and utter trash! Please stay away. The owner and company are SCAMMERS! Broke $2,000 worth of furniture and lost two large boxes. Their solution was to offer me $90. This was after my bill tripling from the "quote." Do yourself and your wallet a favor and look anywhere else!!! Notice all of the complaints about this "business." It's not coincidence. Overcharged and spoke to Ben and he told me to get two money orders from my bank that I had close down before I moved out of town. I repeat NEVER EVER USE this service. I had a reservation for a Saturday any time after 1PM. They called at 11:30AM to say that they were on their way to our location. We explained to them that won't work because the location that we're going to had a freight elevator that we've reserved. We were told that was fine and we would be hearing from them later that day. Come 3:30PM we still have not heard anything from them, after calling the direct line & the home office we were told that someone was on there way at 4:30PM. This company stole my money because I had to make payments and decided to tell me later on "Oh its in the contract that you have to cancel 72 hours after your booking date." So your welcome for the free money! We've Moved 5 different states to 8 different houses, so have quite a bit of experience with moving and never in our lives (moving companies or otherwise) have we been more sickened with a business operation.

Used these guys 5 months ago for a local move. They promised they would wrap any and all glass objects and fragile items. They didn't wrap a single item. Scratched our new kitchen table, left giant gouges in wall decor, ripped our new couch because of poor loading on truck. While unloading they put numerous holes in the walls of our new house. One guy kept taking hit shirt off and cussing about his boss while unloading which I just didn't think was professional. Do not use Master Movers. I repeat, do not use Master Movers. I recently relocated from Indianapolis to New Jersey, and a broker hired Master Movers to move me. I had a small 1 bedroom apartment to move and when my furniture arrived in NJ they has busted my computer desk and my 50 inch TV. Well it is 2 months later and they agreed to pay me 16 dollars to replace them. I know I should have taken the full replacement but was unaware at the time. Dealing with this company was one of my worst nightmares. Guy and Master Mover's are not here to look after their client's needs and happiness, they are here to milk every cent from the people who hire them.
Although my contract stipulated a binding estimate, at pick up, they doubled the price of my move once all my items were already in their van. Of course, I was locked into a contract by the broker's low-balling their initial fees in my contract. This is the worst moving company ever!! Beware! Do not use!!! They broke my mom's dish collection that she had for over 10 years, cracked her marble dresser top, stole my daughters diamond earrings, and then stole $500 hundred dollars after attempting to steal $1500. They did not wrap any of the furniture. They did a poor job of packing the truck, and they took forever! also when delivering the furniture to the new apartment, there was no care taken with any of her belongings! We were flabbergasted! Run far far away. Ben the owner is a piece of work. Terrible mistake. Paid a deposit during booking with a card. I was then told, if I used a credit card after the movers arrive, it would be a 4% extra charge, so I paid before they arrived with same card they kept on file. As soon as they pulled up I had concerns. I asked them to take extra pro caution with my furniture because it was new. The movers assured me my things would be wrapped and protected.
As they were moving my things, I heard a box fall. I also watch as my dressers bounced roughly around on the dollies as they were taking it down
