My journey as a design professional has been very rewarding from the beginning through the present. Since 1991, this journey has led me to work on a host of wonderful projects in New Mexico, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Cavecreek, Fountain Hills, Gold Canyon, East Mesa, San Tan Valley, Sun Lakes, Chandler, and Carlsbad, CA to name a few.

I called and requested if they can do a 3d rendering to show us what it will look like. She said yes. I already knew what i wanted i just needed to see it on paper. She goes on to give us her opinion on what we can do and at times looked like she wasnt sure. I had to remind her all i wanted was a 3d rendering. She finally takes the measurements ánd tells me ill give it to my guy that charges 30 an hour. Another red flag. Finally get the quote and this person needs 35 hours of work at 25 an hour. I dont need movie quality.

I recently worked with Paula on staging our occupied home. She utilized items we had within our home and also used pieces of her own, along with furnishing and art work from a staging company.
Paula was friendly, hard working and had a great eye for pulling everything together. I would recommend Paula to my friends and family, along with yelp.

Paula was very responsive when I told her I wanted my home staged for sale. She worked with the budget I had, and was very creative working with the rooms that made the most impact. I've had multiple reviews while my home was being shown, of real estate agents' feedback on how great the staging looked. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Paula again, and would recommend her services.

I called about 5 stagers for a listing I got that had been on the market over 280 days by two other agents. Out of the 5, Paula was the only person to answer her phone, before 9am. She scheduled a consultation within a few days and offered many creative solutions, plus was flexible with my sellers very limited budget. The staging looked amazing, but don't just take my word for it. We went back on the market and RAISED the listing price $2,000 - within 10 days got multiple offers and went under agreement ABOVE ASKING PRICE. What else can be said? A truly awesome experience and I will be using

I recently hired Interior Preference for a residential listing in Downtown Tempe. Paula was great to work with. Her pricing was transparent, she completed her work quickly, and she was able to work within our budget. The listing only lasted on the market one week and I think the staging was a huge help to secure a contract quickly. Highly recommended!

Paula is a designer who really listens to her clients needs and wants. She also understands what the word "budget" means. These are two very important features when looking for a designer. I was impressed with her abilities to show her layout plans using CAD along with some nice visual representations. She has a creative edge and thinks of ideas that I never thought of... plus, she's just a nice person. I've referred her to friends and will continue to do so in the future. Can't wait to see more before and after's Paula.
