They were prompt, only had to wait about 20 mins and their driver, Derek, was very professional, informative & helpful & a really good driver. Garden Island Towing voluntarily works with companies who tow cars after only 3 and a half hours of sitting. My car broke down and sat somewhere for a few hours. Garden Island Towing knew it had only been a few hours since the store closed and consistently tows cars for this company. They charged me 150 dollars for towing a block. When I explained my car was not working well and I did not want it driven out of their lot, they drove it out anyway. Then they told me they did me a favor because they would have charged me for another tow. I told them it had a coolant leak and shouldn’t be driven
