I don’t recommend you or family go there my sister went there for back pain and they neglected to get her medical care care when she had chest pain and could not breath and as a result 4 days later my sister died!!! Your advertisement says they treat your patients like family well I hope you take better care of your family thank you took care of mine!!! Just started going to Tallmadge Chiropractic and so far it has been a great experience! The staff are very friendly and welcoming and take extra measures to make sure that patients are being heard and getting the care that is most comfortable for them. I also love how informative my sessions have been. I plan to refer them to family and friends!

They killed my Mother-In-Law. These people shouldn't even have a license to do business here since they lied to us about the process of what happened. We have the 911 call, and there didn't seem to be no sense of urgency. She died 4 days later, and unfortunately that left behind a 8 year old who was living with her. A child lost their grandmother,… and she constantly keeps her in memory all because of a poor job done by this business. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My mom had an appointment November of 2020 and did not make it out alive. My mom was a very healthy 59 year old woman who decided to make an appointment due to back issues. When they did adjustment something went wrong and she couldn't breathe and felt nauseous. Instead of helping her they gave her a bottle of water and left the… room to wait for another doctor to be done with her patient. When they came back in she was gasping for air and vomiting at the same time which ended up in her lungs. At this point they STILL have not called the paramedics!!! The other doctor

She went here because they had good reviews but do not be fooled by them like she was. She was given an adjustment when she suddenly had difficulty breathing, and complained of chest pain. This office did not feel the need to call 911 until about 30 minutes later. I love Dr. Branden. I've been going to Tallmadge Chiropractic for a little over 2 yrs. I have a history of migraines and popping ribs out of place. She has been amazing in treating me, especially the dry needling.
The staff is very courteous and friendly, makes for a very pleasant experience all around.

I recently started going to Mensura for acupuncture treatment. I have a lower back injury and I felt immediate pain relief after the first session! She is very kind and professional to work with, I felt very at ease and she was able to answer any questions I had. Not only did the service help with my pain but it was a nice relaxing treat! I have been back again for another treatment and I will continue to go for maintenance therapy!

Tallmadge chiropractic is awesome I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everybody there is caring experienced and excellent at what they do. I go to see them about every 4 to 5 weeks don't know what I'd do without them. I'm a 56-year-old extremely aggressive athlete. Tallmadge chiropractic makes it possible for me to keep up for my workouts. Thank you Dr b and Dr k and I'm sure the new doctor will be great too.

I was having neck pain and called the office for a Saturday appointment. They were able to schedule me and the chiropractor I saw was very nice and empathetic.
Their receptionist/treatment plan/insurance coordinator charged me what she estimated my visit would be on the way out.
When I received my EOB it was $45 less than what they had charged me. I called the office to have them refund me what they had overcharged. They declined to do so stating that they allocated $45 to body fat calculation from stepping on a scale for 10 seconds.

My April 1, 2020 experience: I was very concerned about Coronavirus and was very hesitant about even making an appointment. However, I was in pain and could not wait any longer. I felt just as safe there as I do bunkered-in at home. Their office and exam room was very clean and well disinfected. I was the only patient there. My CC was on file and… no need to juggle payment. They were cleaning behind me as I was leaving. Even disinfecting the door after I left. I’m super glad I went. I started to relax as soon as I heard their music playing! JEM

I went there once and ran. When I got there I was taken to a room with a table. The girl at the front desk came in and sat down with me at this table and showed me different packages to purchase.
