If it were possible: 0 stars! The terrible driver, who happens to be the owner (Ken), was very rude and disrespectful when there was a simple misunderstanding. When there was a question about the fare, he became very irritated saying things like "this is ridiculous" and yelling "WHO TOLD YOU THAT IT WAS $50?" in a very nasty tone. Due to his irrational and rude behavior, wondering if he was "on something". The owner should never treat his customers this way.
