We are excited to announce that Prime Healthcare offers a new patient portal to access your medical record. MyChart by Prime Healthcare is a new tool that offers patients the ability to access parts of their medical record through a secure online connection. View MyChart accounts from other facilities and store all of your health information in one location.
Prime Healthcare is an award-winning health system operating 45 hospitals and more than 300 outpatient locations in 14 states, providing over 2.6 million patient visits annually. It is one of the nation's leading health systems with nearly 50,000 employees and physicians dedicated to providing the highest quality healthcare.
Pampa Regional Medical Center is passionately committed to providing the highest quality care to the patients we serve. To that end, we focus intensive efforts on continuously monitoring many quality indicators in every clinical department of the hospital - we believe that if we can't measure it, we'll have a difficult time improving it.
We understand that paying for emergency or other medically necessary medical care can be difficult, particularly for patients who lack health insurance. As part of our commitment to our patients, we provide financial assistance to patients who are indigent and satisfy certain requirements.

Our financial counselors work hard to help our patients address their financial responsibilities in a way that is fair and sensitive to their circumstances and they are here to help you find financial solutions that can help cover your cost of care. The hospital's Financial Assistance Policy applies to uninsured or underinsured patients who come to our facilities for emergency or other medically necessary treatment.
The Health Insurance Exchange Marketplace opens in November. Open enrollment for health insurance will last through February and coverage can begin as early as January. If you want additional help, Pampa Regional Medical Center is obtaining our certification to assist individuals in applying for insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace.

Pam, Darby and Becky could not have provided better care when I had an outpatient procedure. We are fortunate to have these ladies and the other excellent staff at PRMC. No complaints, just appreciation and praise for these caring nurses.

All staff are rude and are completely incompetent of doing thier job. Every department is unable to communicate with each other efficiently. The scheduling ability of this of this establishment is absolutely appalling, they will change your appointment 5 times in one week which fo me has made ia almost impossible to go to my surgery which i really need done. They scheduled me for a stress test whcich you are not allowed to eat or drink anything after midnight then 2 days before it was scheduled they called me and told me they have to do it now which i was completely unprepared for because i had

Y'all are such professional caregivers. If one can enjoy a procedure where one is sleeping y'all have made that happen! I'm going to ask Dr. A if he will schedule another. As I seem to be requiring more medical attention your example of care is comforting. May God Bless You Richly! 💜

I want to thank the entire staff at Pampa Regional Medical Center for the best care I ever dreamed of receiving. I want to thank everyone but I want to especially thank the nurses who are beyond amazing in their duties which were always done with a smile. Pam, Becky, Summer, and Michelle are super awesome and amazing nurses. There was not one question or one request from me that was not answered or attended to. I have told everyone the care I received was second to none.

My experience at PRMC was exceptional. Amanda took much care explaining the process at my pre-registration. The nurses that cared for me before my procedure, Summer and Becky, treated me, my husband and girls, with kindness, care and patience, and Dr. Akhigbe and the cath lab team were amazing!. And can I just say that with all the restrictions of the past year, it was wonderful to know my family could be with me. It made a day that started with anxiety and apprehension a good day all around.
Blessings!

I truly appreciate all the doctors and first responders. Speaking as a spouse of a medic, the medical team in Pampa deserves better management. Covid 19 has challenged everyone and its sad that this facility gives little to know
downtime for the medical doctors between shifts. Its no surprise that patients feel underwhelmed and under treated because this facility has been understaffed and requires alternating 12 hour shifts of their staff. Having administered emergency care for 12 hours straight and only given 10 hours to eat, sleep, and return to shift is a recipe for miscalculations and sleep

My wife cut her thumb requiring stitches. This was our first time in this ER. The experience from checking in to leaving was incredible. The lady who gather all the information and checked us in, the nurses, and the Dr. were all friendly, professional and expedient. My wife is a Retired RN and she was very pleased with all.

The ER at PRMC is the absolute worst medical facility I have ever been to. I've lived in Pampa 17 years and been to the ER numerous times, not just for myself, but for my mother and children. Out of all the times I've been, I can recall only one time I was treated with respect. The staff makes you feel like you are stupid and wasting their precious time. I can assure you I don't go to the ER because I like to hangout or because I like getting the $400 bills I'm the mail. I go because I have a legitimate concern. Unfortunately, to them you are just another dollar in their pocket
