All staff are rude and are completely incompetent of doing thier job. Every department is unable to communicate with each other efficiently. The scheduling ability of this of this establishment is absolutely appalling, they will change your appointment 5 times in one week which fo me has made ia almost impossible to go to my surgery which i really need done. They scheduled me for a stress test whcich you are not allowed to eat or drink anything after midnight then 2 days before it was scheduled they called me and told me they have to do it now which i was completely unprepared for because i had

I want to thank the entire staff at Pampa Regional Medical Center for the best care I ever dreamed of receiving. I want to thank everyone but I want to especially thank the nurses who are beyond amazing in their duties which were always done with a smile. Pam, Becky, Summer, and Michelle are super awesome and amazing nurses. There was not one question or one request from me that was not answered or attended to. I have told everyone the care I received was second to none.

My experience at PRMC was exceptional. Amanda took much care explaining the process at my pre-registration. The nurses that cared for me before my procedure, Summer and Becky, treated me, my husband and girls, with kindness, care and patience, and Dr. Akhigbe and the cath lab team were amazing!. And can I just say that with all the restrictions of the past year, it was wonderful to know my family could be with me. It made a day that started with anxiety and apprehension a good day all around.
Blessings!

I truly appreciate all the doctors and first responders. Speaking as a spouse of a medic, the medical team in Pampa deserves better management. Covid 19 has challenged everyone and its sad that this facility gives little to know
downtime for the medical doctors between shifts. Its no surprise that patients feel underwhelmed and under treated because this facility has been understaffed and requires alternating 12 hour shifts of their staff. Having administered emergency care for 12 hours straight and only given 10 hours to eat, sleep, and return to shift is a recipe for miscalculations and sleep

My wife cut her thumb requiring stitches. This was our first time in this ER. The experience from checking in to leaving was incredible. The lady who gather all the information and checked us in, the nurses, and the Dr. were all friendly, professional and expedient. My wife is a Retired RN and she was very pleased with all.

The ER at PRMC is the absolute worst medical facility I have ever been to. I've lived in Pampa 17 years and been to the ER numerous times, not just for myself, but for my mother and children. Out of all the times I've been, I can recall only one time I was treated with respect. The staff makes you feel like you are stupid and wasting their precious time. I can assure you I don't go to the ER because I like to hangout or because I like getting the $400 bills I'm the mail. I go because I have a legitimate concern. Unfortunately, to them you are just another dollar in their pocket
