I have lived in my apartment 4 years now. My previous landlord was amazing!! Then he sold the house we live in and Idoni took over. It has been a nightmare since. Back in december I called to report the heat wasnt working, my kids had no heat in their bedrooms, and the furnace wouldn't stay on. It took 2 weeks for them to respond. The technician they sent was great. He said the furnace needed to be replaced. When I spoke to Idoni about this they said that wasnt going to happen. My heat worked for a couple weeks but still no heat in the bedrooms. Mind you my 6 year has disabilities and his room

Moving is stressful. Moving during COVID-19, extra stressful. Moving from ~800 miles away on top of all of this, madness. Nonetheless, Craig and his management team made planning for and completing an out of state move for myself and my 11 year old daughter an absolute pleasure!

WORST management company ever.
DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM
IF YOU FIND AN APARTMENT OWNED BY THEM, WARNING!!!!!!
They refuse to fix anything. My husband and daughter have been living in an apartment they took… over almost a year ago and ever since they did nothing will Get fixed. We have been calling nonstop every day since janauary just to get our home fixed. Simple things too!!! A window, door frame paint. Etc... but they won’t return any calls. Please beware!!

Their staff was exceptionally responsive, helped guide us through the process, represented us in court, and did it for a fraction of the cost of using an attorney. Awesome team! I had a non compliant occupant in my private home who refused to leave my premises, what normally would take months to get a resolution only took to 6 to 7 weeks. Craig the main contact is very good with communicating and explaining the court process. He always responded within a reasonable amount of time which made me feel comfortable and I felt I was always in the know. If ever in a situation with a stubborn tenant, Idoni Management is the way to go, They will get the job done!! :) Very pleased with their team.
