Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
My girlfriend moved into one of city wides properties and was promised a washer and dryer, signed the lease, put the deposit down got all moved in and there and there was no washer or dryer. $1200 bucks a month for no washer, dryer, or working microwave. DO NOT go through city wide.

Got us into an apartment fairly easy, but management did absolutely nothing to help us with anything in general. Called about extremely excessive noise, washing machines breaking, and some other general maintenance items, and all of them got ignored. Don't get a property from them unless you have no choice.
Update: Citi-Wide employees have now entered our apartment multiple times without notice thinking our apartment was empty because they forgot we lived there. Stay away.

If you have an ESA, plan on being harassed and tortured until they get you to break your lease. TRACI is nothing but a karen diguised as a property manager. Do not use citiwide as they are extremely unprofessional and will make your life a living hell.

They have a huge number of rentals! Truly are city wide. In fact, their reach is so far that they make this town very unfriendly for pets. It is a shame because we have many excellent parks, including a great dog park, and awesome trails. Otherwise, pretty fair prices and service.

They obviously don't have competition. They don't work on Saturday, unheard of in the Real Estate biz. The young lady who showed me the apartment was late for the appointment, saw me walking up, didn't greet me with a handshake and headed straight to unlock the door, she went inside and didn't say a word, I had to be the one to talk first. She didn't tell me about the place. They listed it with 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom when it's the opposite. They don't list the square footage on apartment ads which is a basic thing to do. They only gave me one key, too lazy to have copies made. I always get two

It is so loud in our apartment from the people who live above us. I have lived here about 2-3 weeks consistently now and am now lashing out on people from sleep deprivation because there are no noise control rules in place as far as I'm aware. I am loving the apartment itself and the location is great, but neighbors aren't friendly or considerate at all, especially at almost midnight. I'd love to change my rating up to 5-star whenever this noise problem gets under control

Citi wide has done nothing about our washer being broken for the last month as we have contacted several times about it being broken. They are cheap to rent through but you get what you pay for to say the least. Our upstairs neighbor had a dog that barks at all hours of the night and Day and citi wide doesn’t even allow pets but when we’ve complained about that nothing is done.
