Extremely frustrating experience this morning, terrible customer service at 521 Keller Parkway, Keller, TX 76248. I was told that only one banker has a notary license. I waited patiently for the one banker as she assisted everyone else in the bank that came in after me then for the bank to be completely empty and she just ignored me. All other bankers also just looked at me ignoring me as I waited over 40 minutes in an empty bank...no other customers. I don't hang out at banks for fun, what the hell did they think I was waiting in the lobby for. They just sat and stared refusing to help me

Bank somewhere else. I deposited my money rook an overdraft fee and told me money was pending. How is it pending when I just put it there and I also seen on the app I had a positive balance but once I work up the tool $34.

I had a payment deposit and the payment cleared went to Regions in Pearland Tx and the bank teller went in the system and put a hold on the account and input the date for the hold to be lifted 02/03/22 I will never bank with this bank again once they clear the payment I'm done with this bank if you get any kind of payment never use this bank if i could give them a no star. So I them to send the payment back I was stop no because the payment has been already process

REGIONS BANK sent me an offer stating that I would receive a '$500 BONUS' for opening a LIFEGREEN Checking account, enrolling in on-line banking within 30 days of opening & then making $1,500 total deposits within 30 days. VERY straightforward, little or no room for confusion--then finally, your $500 bonus would be directly deposited to your checking account within 90 days of completing requirements.

On October 14th, 2021 I opened checking account by phone with the branch @ 2700 NW 107th Avenue, Miami, FL 33172. This took approx. 40 minutes but there were no problems. I asked if

Twice this stinking bank blocked my Visa card because of "inactivity" and listening to enough of their BS lies and deception I closed the VISA account along with a personal unsecured credit line. The bank associate was unprofessional, arrogant and rude, which apparently aligns perfectly with Regions customer service philosophy. This institution is despicable beyond belief!

To add insult to injury, they reported these account closings which reduced my credit score by 20 points. Perfect timing when my mortgage application was being reviewed by a more reputable lender.

Some folks at the branches know what they are doing while others don't. The biggest issues is getting signed on to their online banking. Online banking is certainly the main way to bank these days but you will spend 30 minutes entering data to enroll only to get an Error Code and to call the specific 1-800 number. When you do that, you will be on hold 30-45 minutes and then that person will transfer you to somone else. On hold 20-30 more minutes. When that person answers they will sound surprised that you were forwarded to them because there is nothing they can do to help based on the

Worst bank in the US. They released funds without a signature on a check. There is no process to flag unsigned checks. This bank didn't call me, or anything - they just released the funds and told me too bad. Switching banks ASAP and suggest anyone who doesn't like a funds released without your signed authorization do the same.

We have been customers over 15 years, we've never done anything questionable in this entire time, yet we had an issue recently that was handled horribly. we have a house we rent and the renter had gotten behind on her payments, she's always paid by money order and we've always deposited them without a problem, however this time we deposited several at one time as she had gotten behind and we needed to make the mortgage payment, when I deposited them the teller never said a word about it being a potential problem, so I had no idea. By far, the worst bank I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Every single time I have ever had a dispute with any merchant they send me a letter in the mail a few weeks later stating "sorry but we have determined that no error has occurred" and "have a nice day!" Not that I am a big fan of Wells Fargo either, but anytime I have ever had an issue with a merchant, they instantly credit my account the amount, do their OWN investigation, and send me a letter stating it has been all taken care of. Avoid Regions Bank at all costs!!! NEGATIVE 11 OUT OF 5 STARS!!!

I am removing all my accounts from this bank they rob you of your money before you bank with them and opt in for overdraft protection understand this: what ever you overdraft becomes positive and what was purchased b4 you went in the negative because what you overdraft so they steal more money right up under you with all that ppl are going through this bank is king gorge in every robin hood movie steals from the poor and caters to the rich thanks to this bank my kids have nothing for school

Had a small business with an account at regions for over 20 years. Found a signer on the account was drawing out money. Wanted to remove person, made appointment, only had tellers available, was told needed to close account. told them not to totally close, as it had all my records of business. they closed anyway without any questions, or comments.
This bank has been cutting down on employees, always a wait inside lobby and drive thru. The personnel are doing the best they can with the people they have, my transaction was over within 4 minutes, with 20 years of records gone. Ill never use them

Regions Bank deceived me. I opened a checking account with a $400 bonus offer, the branch rep told me that I qualified and after I met all the requirements and 5 months went by, they told me that I don't qualify. I emailed the bank's CEO, hoping for a resolution. I received an email in response from someone named Staci, asking me to call her back. Before I had a chance to do that, she calls me and initiates a three-way call with some other manager. WOW The CANCEL CULTURE IS COMING FOR YOU TOO.
WOW put of the blue Regions closed my account 1-12-20 No Reason given, which I was told they didn't have to have a reason.

Use Regions to link my CashApp and Venmo accounts so I could cash these account into a back account to be able to get cash fast when I needed it. Usually it was a larger amount then what is allowed from a ATM. Limited my digital Cash Outs 1-3 max a month. Withdrawals 2k+ maybe every 6 weeks. CoVid19 thing still need cash so would get enough to last me a few weeks at a time.

But NO REASON REGIONS CLOSED BY ACCOUNT.

False advertising.

Regions Bank sent me an email invitation to open a Money Market account and receive a bonus. I still have the email; I followed its instructions. Now ... after phone transfers and a half-hour on hold ... they're telling me they have no record of such an offer. Additional frustrations gave me to understand I wish to do no further business with this bank -- and, when I indicated as much, their representative informed me they are now going to charge $25 to close my account.

Regions bank has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I was on the phone for about 2 hours today and switched to 6 different departments. As soon as I can, I am moving my business elsewhere and will never bank at Regions again.

The bank branch staff in Jackson, TN/Channing Way, needs more training. Their customer service is unsatisfactory, along with their knowledge of how to work in a bank, in general. Their refusal to transact a savings account deposit has been very upsetting and disheartening. A bad staff us usually the fault of the leadership, which includes the branch manager and the team leads in this case. Please think twice before choosing Regions Bank, any branch, to be your main bank. As for me, I'm moving all of my accounts to another bank brand.

Regions Bank sent me a solicitation offering me $400 if I opened a checking and a savings account with the bank online and use the debit cards to make some purchases. I attempted to open the accounts, but the web managed to fail and asked me to go to a branch office.

After I spent an hour at the branch office, I thought everything was done. I fulfilled my end of the bargain. The promised $400 never came through.

I was trying to pay some bills using the savings' account, and the payment was rejected by Regioins, without any explanation. I contacted their web (social media team) services

Mixed feelings about this Regions Bank location. First time I came here I had no idea where to park so I just illegally parked while I ran in. I was told there's a lot to park in, but couldn't find it on my second time in. Perhaps third time will be the charm? The good thing is both times there was nobody here doing their banking so I saw a teller right away. Can't say that for the other banks I visit.
