This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with towing services. First, the woman (who originally said her name was Cassandra but then changed it to Brittany) was rude off the bat. She interrupted almost every time I had to speak and then cut me off by putting me on hold while I was in the middle of a sentence. Second, she told me that the service provider would arrive in an hour and a half. An hour and a half flies by and NO ONE contacts me to let me know that it's gonna be another HOUR before someone gets here. When I addressed her on her communication, she could care less

I had SHAWN come out and tried to help tow my Maserati out of my garage, seeing that the steering wheel was locked and I have no keys to the car, he didn't want to take any chances and called in for help. Statewide then sent out SHELTON and he came to the rescue to help "swing and dolly" the car out of the garage. They actually had to "THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX" to help get the car before being able to put it onto the flatbed. They put their expertise together and CAREFULLY, and I mean CAREFUL TO THE INCHES! Absolutely horrible customer service. I called three separate days to see if they could flatbed my car to my mechanic. All three days they were booked, even though I called them early AM. I asked if I could schedule a specific day and time, they said no. I wish they never bought Mayer towing, they were great.

This the worst and the most rude people I ever encounter , Im from out of state my daughter barrow my car and got into and accident even with her ID they refuse to let her get her belonging so I spent 2 hrs getting a notary form sign and fax from FL and because her middle name went completely spell out they still refuse to let her get her belongings , what? are you just that incompetent , so I had to go back and do a second notary letter because they don't know that what the middle letter and your name stands for, this is another reason why I refuse to live in GA. don't ever use this

There is a definite scam being run here between the cops and this company. I ran up $350 worth of fees and I was not told that before my car was towed here after the accident. The cops call the wrecker service and you basically have no choice. Biggest scam in Gwinnett County. To make matters worse the people at the front desk mumble through whatever instructions they are giving you. Dont get your car towed here.

My car broke down in the middle of an exit ramp and I called Statewide towing, because my roadside assistance company gave me an ETA of 2 hours. I called Statewide Wrecker Service and Ryan arrived super quickly and was extremely nice. He turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one. He towed our car to our shop of preference and made sure we had a ride back home. He didn't leave until our Uber got there. I definitely recommend the company and our driver Ryan. Both are excellent.

Called at 11:40 for a tow, I was quoted 2 hour wait, 3 hours later I called back and was told they were still running an hour behind. At that point I SHOULD have called another service... so I waited again and still another hour and a half they hadn't picked up. I called and a woman claiming to be the office manager was extremely rude to me and told me I could always just use another service. At that point everyone was quoting the same amount of time. Finally at 5:30 after calling back again they picked up my vehicle and towed it to my house, but over charged me on mileage...absurd

I was in an accident Tuesday morning. For some unknown reason, Gwinnett County contacted this crappy company, instead of using Lance in Lawrenceville. When I called them this morning, they told me that I could come get my stuff out of car, and sign a release so the insurance company could come out and get the car. After driving 30 minutes, they informed me in person that I had to prove who I was and that I owned the car. I gave them my license. Then they informed me that it wasn't good enough. I had to contact my insurance company (2 times) and have them e-mail the info to me. They are doing

After my car wreck, I needed to retrieve my personal items from my car. Martin at the Norcross location was extremely helpful and friendly. The entire process was painless and quick. The guy at the yard helped open the back seat so I could get my things from the trunk (Trunk was so damaged it was practically sealed shut)
After reading some negative comments on google, I was nervous how they would charge me. However, the price came back reasonable. I'm glad the staff was so nice and treated me professionally.

Really great service. Although the initial driver had a truck issues, I was contacted immediately. The second driver was helpful, funny, kept me posted and extremely professional.
