This business has been so frustrating to work with. First, I would like to say that I completely understand that Ed is a busy person, however, being busy does not excuse a business from essentially ghosting a client after payment is rendered.
I inquired about custom shirts on March 17th, Ed was very responsive to all my emails and answered all my questions very quickly and diligently. Ed quoted me a price of $505.25 for the work which I paid that same day. Since making the payment I had not heard from him so I sent a follow up email in regards to the status of my order on March 20th. He sent me

Awesome local company. Ed, Carrie and the rest of the team are amazing. When I drove my truck off their lot after they wrapped it, I was a bit emotional driving it home. I couldn't sleep that night because I was so excited to drive my truck around town with the best looking wrap I've ever seen. I got my business cards from them and they are sharp as well. I own several businesses in Key West and have used every sign company in town.
I Don't need to go to any more places in KW.
Ed knows what he's doing graphically and personally he and his wife are a great team, they know how to get the job done
Ed is a a great artist and Carrie is great at keeping him in line, and running the shop
Don't waste your time going to anyone else, they have great prices an excellent personal service.
