Gonzalez & Company is run by the Gonzalez family, and has been since 1978. When we say we treat our customers like family, we're not speaking euphemistically - we mean we invite them into a real family, one with real values, one that understands the importance of knowing for certain that there is a group of people out there that definitely, no question, always have your back.
We're one of the only insurance companies in the country that has walked a mile in our clients' shoes. Most insurance companies offer insurance and nothing else. They only look at insurance from their own perspective, and they're trying to get you to buy insurance based on what will benefit them the most.
Chris Gonzalez never had any intention of getting into the family business - but our clients are incredibly happy he did. After studying accounting, finance, and real estate in college, Chris intended to go on to a plum accounting job at an enormous firm - which wound up going bankrupt just before he graduated.
Building insurance covers the building in which a business is owned and operated. Some of our clients own both the building and the business or businesses that operate within the physical structure, but for the most part, the building owner is liable for a separate set of damages than the business owner.
With over 35 years of experience providing insurance for apartment building owners in New Jersey and New York, we have some tales to tell about disastrous insurance coverage. In my 10 years of owning a vehicle, I have not witness such care, professionalism from any insurance company. Alejandra stayed with me until we were finished with my policy, mind you, after closing time on a Friday. The quickest experience I've had! It took 2.5 days to shop for homeowners insurance, get a quote, fill out an e-application and submit my new policy to my mortgage lender. Speaking with Chris and Michael they have been working for me to search and hunt down the best insurance for commerical and personal car insurance. They provided excellent customer service.
