Having insurance along Gerald and Christine being the agents is horrible. As a manager, he doesn’t listen to the problems people are having with their bills. Every month I’ve gotten a different bill. There’s no late fee’s, there’s no extra fee’s but yet it doesn’t explain why there’s a different amount needed to be paid every single month except for the Covid discount. Be smart. Go somewhere else. Their communication is horrendous. They have no explanation for the difference in bill except “the policy” changes. Although policies are broken down into 6 months. There’s only
