Let's look at some long over-used terms. Disease is simply the absence of health. In spite of what we are told - disease is not a thing. Disease is only noticed when health is reduced or missing. Disease is not something that can be added, it cannot be increased, or decreased, because it is not an entity.
If you have other Insurance, we would be happy to make inquiry on your behalf as to your possible benefits. If you were injured at work or in a motor vehicle collision, it is likely that care for your injuries is covered by L&I or your auto policy. Please call to schedule a free consultation with one of our doctors or to schedule an appointment.
If I get really bad, he gets me back to working order. I'm not in pain and it's a pleasant experience. He's very nice and I appreciate how flexible the staff is with scheduling and they get me in when it works best for me. Another big plus is that I do not have to leave the island to get excellent chiropractic care.
Your first visit will include an exam or evaluation to get us up to speed on your unique situation. Expect to be at the office for about 30-60 minutes. Upon your first visit, we require payment in full for the initial exam and first adjustment (excluding most motor vehicle injuries and L&I cases). In most cases this visit is less than $200.
Both of our doctors have seen a wide variety of motor vehicle accident cases and Dr. Zach has specialized training in motor vehicle injuries through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. It is vital to get the care you need as soon as possible after the crash. This will insure that you are maximizing your body's ability to heal when it needs it most.

In 2019 I hurt my back and could barely walk. I hadn't slept more than a few hours at a time in months. Went to my primary care who said if I had insurance they'd want to do surgery.
Started seeing Dr. Zach for adjustments and Ms. Chamberlain for massage therapy and I was able to sleep AND walk up right within 2 weeks. I had no pain or limp within 2 months. I see them regularly for upkeep and have enjoyed life back to normal since. If you are having problems give these folks a call.

From the front desk person, Rachel, who was able to squeeze me in for an appointment to get a handle on my back issue before it worsened, to the Massage Therapist, Leanna, the experience I had with Pope Chiropractic was outstanding. Amazing services are preformed here. Doctor Zack Pope is awesome, truly knowledgeable. That being said all of the staff members are nice, friendly and extremely helpful. Over the past 5 weeks they have helped me out quite a bit with my body. I highly recommend them to my family and friends. I am so glad I found them!

As a healthcare practitioner, I always sought out someone who is genuine about what they do for work and people's health. Dr. Ray and Dr. Zach are the top 3 chiropractors I've gotten treated from. Their techniques are phenomenal. I've had neck injury from snowboarding in Whistler last winter and they really helped me with my neck within two adjustments. I can't praise highly enough. If you never had chiropractic before or finding another doctors, go see them!

Drs. Ray and Zach Pope are an excellent team! I have personally seen Dr. Zach, and I can always count on great care. The techniques that they use are very gentle and definitely effective. They use several techniques, one of which utilizes an adjusting tool called the Impulse IQ, which has provided great relief for me. As a chiropractor myself, I have to choose carefully who takes care of my spine and nervous system. I only ever have first rate experiences here. Mikelle and Leanna give amazing deep-tissue massages - so much so that I refuse to try other masseuses at the office because it's hard to choose between those two as it is. Both Dr. Ray and Dr. Zach are very educated, very effective chiropractors. Thanks to the entire team, my back pain has been reduced to a minimum and when it does flare back up - I know where to go.
