This place conveniently forgets to deliver your medicine on time. They don’t bother to keep up with the paperwork, they keep going to the old address even though you made it very clear to them in the last visit about the change of address and even though they delivered to the new address previously. The medicine which should be refrigerated at all times is delivered with no refrigeration box and you touch it and it is not cold. That means it has been out of refrigerator for some time.
