Have had many bad expedite dentist through the years. My son has been going to epic for 10+ years from pediatric to braces to now adult. My wife convinced me to try Epic for a cleaning and check up. I will say I was pleasantly surprised. Mary who cleaned my teeth was amazing. My exam went well also I was not pressured into anything and everything was explained where I could understand it. Set up a follow up cleaning in 6 months to see my progress and reevaluate any issues. Thank you Epic!!

This place was amazing. It was clean and the front staff was friendly. Mary was my hygienist, and she did an amazing job. I have a molar that is really sensitive, and they usually have to numb that area when they clean. She didn't have to numb it at all. I was floored. She was so gentle and efficient. I booked her for my next appointment.

I’ve had great experiences at Epic Dental for my regular dental cleanings, as well as an adult orthodontics consultation. The staff is great and extremely helpful. Lacey was able to answer all my questions about teeth whitening options and just an all around delight! Joann and Mary took great care of me during my dental cleanings and provided friendly, fast, and careful service. I met with Dr. Jasun and Lee for an ortho consult this week and they gave me their full attention to answer all questions I had and offered multiple courses of action to get my smile where i want to be. The staff at the front desk was really nice and helpful whether it's over the phone or at the office. The hygienist was so gentle and yet thorough with the cleaning. It's the best cleaning I had in 35 years! I like how they pay attention to details like giving you sunglasses so the ceiling lights don't blind you while lying down. They also do a good characterization of the level of your gum in regard to your teeth to tell you how concerned you should be able gum receding. The dentist is really sweet and answered all of my questions.

I have been going to this dentist office since my children’s very first appointment years ago. I have four children that are patients, and even though we moved farther away, I won’t switch practices. This office is the BEST, and on every level. They always are so friendly on the phone so calling is so easy, the hygienists are so kid-friendly and sweet to my kids, and Dr. Moreno is thorough and really just such a great guy. The office is very clean and new, staff is the best part, this place is it for us!

Hands down the best pediatric dental practice in the area. I had taken my kids to 5 different dentist in the last 2 years. My kids get a bit anxious with dental procedures and moat other dentists tried to be 'in-control' by being nice but stern and many didn't allow the parents in the treatment rooms with the kids which caused more anxiety in the kids.

I honestly CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!! Kayla their assistant there has amazing energy! She is absolutely meant to work with children, everyone at that office is. They were great with educating my 4year old, she wanted to go every day. Lol. Again I can't say enough about Epic Dental I hope they're around and just as amazing until my little one is all grown up

On a few accounts, I have found that the front desk has up-charged me. On three accounts, when I have asked for my payment breakdown, they added fluoride or an x-ray (not cheap!) when I did not receive those services on that day. Hence, when they say how much you owe, ASK THE BREAKDOWN. Don't simply go along with it. They either want to make extra money off you or they have a sustained communication issue with the dentists

We have been taking our kids here for 2 years. The building and offices are quite nice. All of the people we interacted with were great and caring. We brought both of our kids in (7 and 11) and they did a wonderful job of cleaning, and also talking to them to feel comfortable at a new office. The dentist took her time and talked to all of us, which was quite nice. We will definitely be going back!
Continue to be very happy with Epic. My wife and I have also switched over to them for our care. Great staff, and great COVID protocols.

It's taken us some time to write this review as we wanted to be honest and thoughtful. We both went back and forth between 4 or 5 stars, but have decided that the minor miscommunication we had was not big enough to lose a star.I was looking for a dentist that would meet Eric's needs as we were aware that he needed quite a bit of dental work. I discovered Epic Dental via a Facebook Ad, did a lot of research and decided that at minimum I would schedule a free orthodontic consultation.

As a working mom of an infant juggling multiple things during these scary times, this place made it worse. Please avoid this place and find someone better, there's a whole bunch of good pediatric dentists around this area.
They cancelled my infant daughter's appointment because we were extra 1 minute late and because we didn't call that we were running late. I agree we were late (16 minutes precisely) and I should have

I visit Epic Dental once a month because my daughter has braces. Every visit is great! The staff makes us feel like family. Both the dental assistants and the dentists themselves offer great advice and ease any fears my children have for all the different procedures.

So Epic Dental responded to my review by continues to ignore my request to fix or provide braces for the awful replacement of my caps. Now they posted a comment that they cannot find my name? Proof that they really are avoiding the issue as they do know me and refuse to help, and they are claiming that they are not responsible for the 1/8th inch Michael Strahan gap that I am now left with. My only remedy is braces until the gap closes. This review was in fact meant for Epic Dental in Norwood.

I've had all three of my children see Dr. Miner for braces. I have no issues with the quality of work, but rather the business practices of the office - some of which have changed since we first started seeing Dr. Miner.
One big complaint is that they will only seemingly schedule checkups during the middle of the day - not during the early am or late PM. This usually involves my wife or myself taking significant time off to get our kid to an appointment. It also requires our kid to miss school. Neither is good. This used to be more flexible.

My family and I have been seeing these doctors for years. They were formerly part of Dedham Medical - Dedham Medical decided to no longer offer dentistry. The doctors opened a beautiful new office down the road on Route 1. My children have been seeing Dr. Moreno for years and they have never been afraid to go to the dentist, they hug him when they see him!
