BEYOND DISAPPOINTED with this establishment. I called and spoke to the manager about reserving a room. I was told there was a vacancy, so I made the reservation and paid for it. Mind you, the payment was instantaneously withdrawn from my account. I got this room for a friend of mine who has medical conditions and needed a place to stay due to no electricity because of Hurricane Hanna. Well, she gets to the hotel and the manager told her the room was cancelled. I never got a call telling me it was cancelled. The manager said there were so many walkins that came in. I said it doesn’t matter. I

Service great very clean the staff very professional. I would say for a small hotel it's better than the more expensive ones I stayed at the pool is like bath water too...anything I needed the staff was happy to assist me I applaud them great people..

A few friends tried to stop by when I left for a bit and I was unaware of it and once I returned I'd been told to check out or else they were going to get the police involved. Huge misunderstanding yet they still made me check out early anyway.

This place is by far the best I've stayed at in the Harlingen area. Room has everything needed for a stay, parking right outside my door so I can see my truck from the window, no sketchy people hanging around.
The air conditioner keeps the entire room nice and cold which is what I love when I sleep!
I give this place 5 stars and recommend it for anyone looking forba place to stay.
South Padre Island is only about half an hour away ^__^
