Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Boise Boys. We moved from out of state and needed movers to unload our trailer and decided to go with Boise Boys. Frank is a joy to work with, responsive, personable and competent. We had a three man team on our move that did a phenomenal job. They worked quickly and efficiently and were friendly and careful with our belongings.

I just moved here from across the country, and I am so grateful for the team at Boise Boys. I have never felt more welcome in a new town. Frank and his crew are courteous and helpful, timely and efficient, and go above and beyond for their customers. I don't give five-star reviews very often, but Boise Boy's Moving deserves every single star. They arrived ready to work and did so for eight-plus straight hours to get us moved across town. They were very detail-oriented and took care of every item in my home along with ensuring that the interior of the home was left without a nick or scratch.
Not only did they provide quality service, but they were also extremely courteous to me and my family during the entire process. If I had to move again I'd use them and you should too. Best money I've spent on a move.

If you value your belongings, DO NOT use Boise Boys! We ended up with so many broke and damaged items its ridiculous. Our Drexel Heritage bedroom set is ruined, huge chunk of wood gone from the side of the dresser mirror, damaged the side of the armoire from dropping something on it. The finish is gone off 2 end tables. A credenza is missing a foot. Several small broken household items. The list goes on and Frank Adams of Boise Boys offered me $107 for the damage. I even found the sack from the lunch I bought them on the day of the move shoved in a box with another broke item inside! They moved

The boys at Boise Boys Moving were great! I have moved many times locally and have used the other local movers and had satisfactory results. You get what you pay for, right. The crew was on time, polite, and explained their moving process. The crew first rolled out runners to protect my floors, they mapped out areas in the home to collect boxes and furniture from my upstairs. They made sure that the floors were protected when using their dolly's. The crew wrapped my furniture, secured the boxes and furniture in their truck even though my move was only a few miles. Original review: Overall Boise Boys was a good moving service. But they showed up at our house last week without masks, and said they didn't have them and couldn't use them because of the physical nature of the job. To me, that is a horrible excuse for putting my family at risk and not doing the responsible thing during the height of the pandemic. Although both the movers and the owner were very courteous while listening to my complaints about that, it was too little too late. Hard to find enough positive words to describe this moving experience. Professional, courteous, careful, strong, value minded. Considering the stresses associated with moving, Matt and Jim alleviated any concerns with their focus on our needs. I cant image a less stress free move. Dont even think about anyone else for your move. If I could give 10 stars, I'd give 11!

Frank was very professional and punctual. He made an conscious effort to retain by business which I really liked. It was a local move, only about 10 miles. I was notified about 30 minutes before arrival by Matt, who I believe is the crew leader. Franks team of 3 men showed up on time. They were very respectful of out property and our time. They all had great attitudes when we asked them to help us with some different items that had not yet been prepped. They took great care of our items by wrapping them in the blankets they provided. I will never recommend this company and will never use them again. Not very professional when u have a young so called man in charge .That really shouldn't be in charge . He has a big head , that knows nothing about moving large Gun safes . He's very I experienced! When in fact we were told that this company could handle it no problem . We had to go rent a moving Jack and had to put it on our own trailer , couldn't even put it in the truck , because the so called Young guy in ( CHARGE ) said No we can't do it! Our experience with Boise Boys Moving was stellar. From start to finish we had a positive experience. Frank was flexible in scheduling as we were waiting on closing and move dates of multiple parties. The crew showed up on time and worked consistently and professionally the entire time. We had a long and difficult move. They followed through start to finish with no complaints and no damage to our property. Great experience.

I’ve been wanting to write this with you for a couple months. I just haven’t had the time. Let me start off by saying these guys are real professionals. They wrapped all my furniture and furniture pads and protected my house. They were fast and efficient. I can definitely recommend using Boise boys moving.
