I booked a load with JR, my driver was held up at the shipper for almost 4 hours, he informed us we will get paid for this. The appointments were incorrect, he told me he will get 2 layovers for the wrong time/day deliveries. He did not pay the 2 layovers and lied about the appointments,we will no longer be doing business with them and do not recommend it. Seems like we are not the only ones this happened to looking at other reviews. First and last load with them.

Carries beware: they will lie to you about delivery. Booked straight run 300 miles, broker sweared receiver will take our truck when it arrives (only reason I booked it and because I needed truck empty for another load). Driver got to delivery at 7pm and they told him appointment is at 9am next day! Truck got empty next day 8am. When I contacted manager he told me it’s “trucking business”, happens all the time. He’s right, it does, because brokers lie all the time.
