After years of working in various clinical settings, Hope Rising Counseling Services S.C. was started by Sarah Kasten, LPC in Wisconsin Dells, WI in 2019 using an on-line platform to provide counseling services in a way that helps remove some of the barriers to treatment. It is a convenient, safe, and confidential place to access quality counseling services from the comfort of your own home or private place of your choice.
Create a personalized treatment plan together with your therapist that incorporates your unique strengths and needs. This is a safe space to explore life's challenges and your responses to them. Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes in duration of one-on-one time with your therapist. Work with a certified mindfulness therapist to incorporate mindfulness techniques into your daily life.
