Ouidad certified hairstylists are few and far between in the DFW area. I was driving about an hour out to Plano to get Ouidad cuts, but then found out Pilar is so much closer to me so I've been going to her most recently. I've had a Deva cut before, but their concept of dry cutting just didn't work for my hair. My curls vary day to day depending on the weather, humidity, styling products, etc. so I ended up with some hair too long, some shorter than others...it wasn't pretty. Pilar is very familiar with cutting curly hair and I trust her with mine.

Pilar is such a good stylist and very easy to work with.. she did exactly what I wanted with my hair and I took my daughter to get her haircut there as well..I would highly recommend her If your looking for good quality and decently priced salon. When I came into old world salon I was in tears from being terribly mistreated at Regis Salon in North East Mall. I have suffered from serve anxiety and depression and wasn't feeling 100 percent myself the days leading up to my visit so I decided I'd change my hair.
