Super convenient and on time. Couldn't ask for more. Driver picked us up at SLC, loaded a ton of bags and whisked us to Park City in an hour flat. Return trip was even smoother. Have only used this service twice so far, but will definitely be using it more in the future. Vans are clean and comfortable.

Brent is AMAZING! I wish I could give 100 out of 5 stars because that's what he deserves! He went above and beyond and is the kindest person! His wife made a snack basket for my car ride (so thoughtful) Was so helpful when I didn't have the code to my room and helped me get it from the front office, carried all my bags, and made sure I made it into my lodge safe! He is so kind, an amazing driver and just a joy to be in the car with! Thank you Brent for making my experience so great :)

I just returned from a trip that we (20 people) used Four Seasons Concierge for transport services between SLC and Park City (round trip). Their service is amazing, well organized, and perfect communication (emails and messages) from the moment our plane landed to the moment they dropped us at the rental home and the other way around when we were leaving. The bus was very clean, really fancy, and our driver "Brandi" was super amazing. I know if I ever return to SLC, I will be using their services for sure 100%.

We used Four Seasons to shuttle us from SLC airport to Park City. We had four adults traveling for a ski trip with lots of extra heavy luggage. Our driver met us inside at baggage claim. The Denali they picked us up in was brand new and held our huge amount of bags. The driver was very friendly and let us make a quick stop at the grocery store as we got into Park City. We highly recommend Four Seasons!

Four Seasons is amazing! Our first time using them and everything was perfection. They over communicate, the drivers are professional and friendly with clean cars and safety precautions taken for COVID. Zero stress! I am an OCD traveler with every detail thoroughly planned and Sam and his team did not disappoint with text messaging and lightning fast communication through email. Our drivers were Kenton and Ed... great guys A+!! Highly recommend, will use again.

We had a group of 7 skiing. 5 left earlier in the day via the rental care and 2 stayed back b/c of later flights (me and my buddy). The Uber app was apparently down for the day so NO Ubers were in Park City area. We scrambled and called at least a dozen separate places. Sam was the only person that could get us a car in time and both of us made our flights. The driver was great, the vehicle was great and the ride was great as advertised. I would use them again or recommend to anyone.

These guys did an awesome job getting me from the Salt Lake City airport to Park city ski area. They were very responsive, and made sure that I was up-to-date at all times. Traveling with kids and a lot of ski gear is pretty stressful, and they helped eliminate a big source of that stress. I would recommend them to anybody.

I flew into Salt Lake City during a storm and since I have never driven in snow before, I decided to call for car service. Sam was so accommodating and help me at the last minute to make driver arrangements for me. The service with Sam was excellent and the two drivers I had (one to my destination and another returning to the airport the next day) were so professional and personable. We have used Four Seasons two years in a row now and they are wonderful. Helpful, polite, and efficient when you are making reservations on-line or on the phone. The cars are undated, clean, comfortable, and reliable. It is a small company with competitive prices and personal service. Thank you for your help in getting our fun family ski vacation started smoothly! Our driver Garrett, a native of Park City, was excellent yesterday, but so were the two drivers we had last year. They have a lot of competition, but I will pick them again every year.

We used Four Seasons for a trip to Park City. I set up the reservations 3 mos in advance. I had planned to call them the day before we left to confirm our service b/c I had not received any emails or text notifications from them, but I forgot. I had to call the day of travel while in the airport. The office voicemail went through several rounds of messaging, not offering an option to reach someone immediately. Absolutely seamless transition from arrival terminal to destination hotel in Park City. Excellent communication from Sam (owner) and our driver, Jodi, was professional and courteous.
Transport vehicle was spotless and even stocked with refreshments which were welcome and appreciated after a day in the sky.
Credit card payment and tip was equally stress-free. Reasonable rates. Highly recommended as primary ground transport and FS will be our lift when we're ready to return to SLC.
