Olga's Day Spa

I loved Olga's Spa! The place is so quaint and clean. I came here for a birthday experience and requested the "for her" package. The ladies were all extremely professional and skilled at their work. I left feeling relaxed and happy. Recommend giving them a try!

Went here 2 years ago after my husband got me a groupon. Went back today on a living social coupon and was told I couldn't use it even though it clearly states in the fine print that anyone who hasn't been there in 4 months is allowed to use it. DO not buy anything or go there. They weren't even willing to work with me considering I had to drag my son with me to my appointment today. So disappointed and annoyed I wasted my time here.

I had a great experience. The staff is amazing and services were customized to the needs of my skin. I will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

Maria was really sweet and made the experience as pleasant as it could be. She was very quick, which I appreciated, and did an amazing job! I was there for a max of 15 minutes.

Good wax! Polite staff. Expensive without a groupon. Hard to find. I would go again but only if I had a deal!

Back in Feb. I originally had a Groupon to come here for a Brazilian and was SO nervous about testing out a new place, especially as an African American woman since we know our hair grows different. However, Maria was extremely pleasant and made it comfortable and it didn't hurt that bad either. This was my first time that I had a place use strips as opposed to the hard wax and it really makes a difference in pain, I don't think I could ever go back to hard wax after this.

I used the Groupon and was very skeptical. However, Maria gave me the best wax I've ever had. Her "bedside manner" was incredible and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. She handled the more delicate areas very appropriately. I will be back! Maria is the best!

I've been getting a Brazilian from Maria every month or two for the past year and a half. She's been great and most of the time, the waxes come out great! Not always 100%, but I've always been happy enough to come back. I appreciate the fact that she listens if, for example, you tell her the wax it too hot. Haven't always had that at other places... Overall, a good experience and definitely worth it for the reasonable price!

Had a groupon and decided to check this place out after a friend went and bought me one Brazilian wax. Diana was so kind and accommodating on the phone and Maria was my technician. She struck the perfect balance between being professional and still being welcoming. She was fast and efficient and she kept me talking which was a welcomed distraction from the procedure. Upon examining myself using the mirror she gave me, I decided I was very pleased with the services I received and I look forward to returning, so much so that I purchased another wax at the salon! Oh and there's free parking!

This is a nice quiet place located inside of a condominium. The receptionist was kind when I entered. The personnel that did my wax was very friendly and talkative. My appointment was scheduled for an hour but it lasted 15 minutes. Overall it was a good experience and they have a special for fist time visitors to return when you check out.

A little hard to find, but GREAT customer service! I got a brazilian and it was thorough and as pleasant as a brazilian can be. I will be backkk! :

I live in the building, so trying their services was a no-brainer. Using them consistently for a long time attests to the quality of their services and attentive staff. I routinely get a manicure and pedicure because it's the best -- being close and convenient is a plus.

My regular waxer shortened her hours so I went here after getting a nice same day appointment...what a gem! I've been getting Brazilian waxes for over 2 years straight and I can say that it was fantastic here! It's sort of out of the way since Lakeshore East is almost all residential, but I would go back without question.

Also, as far as waxes go the price was REALLY reasonable ($55) and even though I'm used to the pain, I appreciated that the aesthetician frequently checked in with me to make sure I wasn't suffering too much.

I upped the stars to 5 because I remembered that this place isn't difficult to find at all! It was just that the city had shut down part of Randolph. Went today -- staff and services both remained excellent. I will be back.
