ANC Roofing recently installed a new roof for us. We can not say enough good things about their crew and the finished job. Due to supply shortages and changes in shingles, the job took a little longer than expected but the final results were worth the wait. From Oliver to the office staff, everyone was very professional and helpful. They were never pushy which we appreciated. If you are looking for a fair priced, well done roofing job we would certainly recommend ANC and everyone associated with the company.

Before replacing my roof I reviewed three bids from the top three popular companies in my area. Living in a very strict gated community with a strong HOA I did not want to add any stress to myself by choosing a subpar company. Everything had to be done exactly as contracted and in a timely professional manner.
Of the three bids ANC was the highest by $1400.00. After taking a few weeks to research each company and weighing out my options I decided to go with ANC. They have an excellent reputation in my neighborhood and they were the only company that said that they do not use subcontractors.

One of the worst contractors that I have dealt with in Orlando. They cost us the sale of our home with their poor repair work. Did not install flashing, shingles were a different color, and the leak is still present. It's taken them over 2 weeks to get back to us about a solution to the problem and we still have not gotten it resolved. DO NOT HIRE.
