Lyndsay worked with me on a rather complicated multi-property policy here in Bailey. She was able to find companies willing to underwrite here in the mountains (saving me a lot of wasted effort) and to put together a competitive quote for our business in a timely manner. She won our business with her follow-through and responsiveness. I like having a local agent here in the mountains that knows the unique issues and attributes that need to be dealt with up here. Lyndsay was most helpful and responsive to my requests for multiple insurance policies, both for business & home/personal. She answered my numerous questions quickly and politely, and provided us with quotes while it seemed our previous insurance company was having problems getting new quotes/options for us. We have been over the top happy working with Centennial State Insurance and primarily Lyndsay for our commercial policies. We had issues with communication with our previous agency and Lyndsey was able to provide solid quotes on a timely basis that actually saved us nearly $1000 a month with higher coverages. Lyndsay has been a pleasure for my company to deal with. Our previous provider was slow to respond and did not do a very good job at explaining our coverage. Lyndsay however, is quick to respond and has been gracious with with all the questions that we've had with the many policies we now have with her, and makes the process easy.... This is the type of insurance agency everyone wants- they are honest and informative. I called for an auto insurance quote and spoke with Savannah, who was amazing to work with! She not only walked me through their quote and giving advice, but explained why another insurance company would be a better choice based on my situation. Try getting that type of quality and honesty from a big insurance group- I've never seen it.
I will always reach out to these guys for any future insurance needs because they will take the time to help me out even if they aren't the best option.
