When I recall their service last time and this time, it's not professional and their attitude was not nice after all.
My 1st visit after repair my car they forgot to connect the wire to my passenger door so we couldn't open it from outside, so I had to go back to get fix it from them, but the lady were saying that is strange without asking their stuff. in the end their stuff told me that they forgot to connect the wire in passenger door. they fixed it. that was in Feb. 2019
I was there on Monday to fix my rear ramp light, they charged me 640 dollars. this time it's a hit and

I had a major accident with my Audi A7. Was referred to Island Park Auto Body via Audi Certification Program. Everything turned out Great! Glad I did not follow the unconfirmed reviews here on Yelp. Went to Island Park's website, directed me to Autobodyreviews. Com. and found plenty of great confirmed reviews.

I would not recommend this place. After getting my vehicle repaired here for being rear ended I was not satisfied with the work. The front bumper pops out of place anytime I get a car wash. The back bumper was painted the wrong color and did not match my vehicle. To top it off they do not even detail the car after doing repairs to it. The inside of my car was covered with dust and it smelled extremely like paint for weeks. They got auto body filler on my rims that was a pain to get off as well as on other parts of my vehicle. Overall just sloppy.
