Everything I have had done at Premier Smile Center has been top-notch. The treatment I received was thorough, precise and extremely professional. I never felt like just another patient because they took the time to listen to my concerns. They addressed my issues and we agreed on the treatment plan together.
The staff is very friendly, warm and extremely knowledgeable. I felt relaxed and comfortable knowing I chose the right place to get the dental work I needed. Dr. Johnson is very humane and very knowledgeable, and she does amazing work. I like the friendliness and honesty of the whole practice. I was not confident with my smile, in fact I was very self conscious and rarely smiled.

Whenever I go into any office first thing I look for is cleanliness. I was very impressed all their equipment and rooms looked very clean and up to date. The staff is always polite and helpful. My dental hygienist was Genesis she was super cool very understanding of my sensitive spots very thorough and explained everything to me-any questions I had, she was very polite and down to earth. I've been to multiple dentist offices throughout the years and they've all said the same thing about needing braces but none ever took the time to thoroughly explain why I needed the braces. I had an appointment with them on a Monday which somewhere the notifications were missed(by sms or phone), which may have been my fault. As it turned out, I needed to change it with 1 days notice. The person I talked to was extremely rude and belligerent about it not being enough notice and demanded a 50 dollar no-show fee, which I refuse to pay. (First of all, it wasn't a no-show, but I'll digress). This is how they treat a long-time patient(since 2014) who has never missed once, or even been late once. Dr. Johnson and her staff are top-notch, professional, friendly and definitely care about every patient they treat. I had come in to get a cleaning and to get an evaluation on my teeth and gums. My teeth were in great shape but my gums were another story. The process of restoring them to health was carefully explained to me as well as the procedure that would be used. I liked that Dr. Johnson focused on what was needed as opposed to trying to sell me on additional services that may not have been pertinent for me. A treatment plan was drawn up which I am following to this day. I'm happy to say that

This is a very well run Center- Dr Johnson oversees everything and she has a great team. I was told I needed two crowns urgently by another dentist. I decided to get a second opinion and Dr Johnson saved me the expense and bother- there's nothing wrong with the teeth!
I did have a filling done with her associate, Dr Libby Finer and she seems as professional and as competent as Dr Johnson. Highly recommend

I have come twice for a cleaning in the past year. Since covid hit, I have to say it has been very good and safe experience. Everything is clean and separate. The staff is super sweet and understanding. My time was spent with Miguel the hygienist, he is the nicest and honest with his treatment. He is super careful not to get any sensitive spots and thoroughly cleans your mouth gently. Definitely recommend this place.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Johnson and her wonderful staff. They are always so patient and kind. I can actually say I look forward to going to the dentist. My cleanings from Dakota and Miguel have always been quickly and easy. Dr. Charmaine Johnson is very courteous and supportive in all her treatments. I never have pain from any of the procedures. Also, her office manager, Kenneth, makes it a priority to walk you through treatment plans and cost. He made it possible for me to afford Invisalign after so many years of trying. I had not been to the dentist in 2 years because of a bad experience for both myself and my spouse.
After hearing good things about this dentist office, I bit the bullet and gave it a try. So glad I did.
This office and it's staff are wonderful. Caring, considerate of my fear issues and actually take the time to talk to you. Believe me, it calmed me down. The professionalism from the entire staff is great!

When people are greedy, I just lose all sense of reason and become determined to prove just how unnecessary greed is.
Dr. Johnson is greedy. Her sole focus is a dollar. Rest assured, I will pay a lawyer whatever my fees were before I will pay her now that I've disputed the charges for the services performed by her as a *new* patient.
