Went to look at an Audi S5 cabrio. When i called they said it was high miles, but in great condition and mechanically sound. Even after letting the car warm up, the valve tap (or maybe slapping timing chain) was so loud it sounded like a machine gun. They tried telling me that it was normal... The guy was more concerned about his appearance in horse riding boots than he was in presenting his auto inventory. He really did check himself out in every reflection he passed... Great selection of desirable autos (Audi, Mercedes, BMW, etc), but after my experience there I'd never buy from them without

Aaron made my girlfriend and my first car shopping experience horrible. The attitude and demeanor he gave me was concerning. So concerning to a point where I was so inspired to not give any dealers any respect for the future. Now I understand why when you go into a sales negotiation you can’t be courteous. You just can’t. Aaron, you get an extra star for helping me realize that. But the one star surfaces from your poor attitude. Due to your possession of such a stern attitude during negotiation, I was able to improve my negotiation skills and to get a better FRS for way cheaper which was listed

The inside is a little dingy, and their not going to hold your hand through a sale. I knew I wanted the car they had and they were happy to help me drive off in it. There was no pressure to buy something. I love that Aaron was all about selling me the car I wanted and not just making a sale. They even worked after I drove off the lot to close my deal with a better rate.

I was in the market for a used Dodge Challenger (Hemi Orange-RT edition). This place happened to pop up on my Auto trader alerts so I paid them a visit for a test drive. I was assisted by Aaron and Juan throughout the process.
The test drive went well and I didn't feel pressured to hurry up or take the "set route" most dealers require. They were open to my request to have the car inspected by a Dodge Mechanic (one of the cleanest cars that mechanic had seen, by the way). Finally, they assisted me in finding the best financing options available.
