As a trial attorney and seasoned litigator, we go above and beyond in case preparation. We take our duty to our clients very seriously and give every case the full focus of our team. We are passionate about achieving justice for the people we serve. If you or a loved one has been injured in a vehicle accident caused by another person, you have the right to be compensated for your losses, both financial and personal.
The first step in pursuing justice is to allow our legal team to perform an in-depth evaluation of your case so we can advise you of the level of compensation that should be sought. Many lawyers avoid taking cases to trial - our team of litigators is fearless, dedicated, and persuasive. If an insurance company fails to make a fair settlement offer, we increase the pressure by filing a lawsuit.

A job-related injury can leave you struggling to survive, unable to work and earn a living. The New Jersey workers' compensation system is a "no-fault" insurance program that provides benefits to employees who suffer a job-related injury or illness. The amount in benefits is only a portion of your wages and is often far less than you and your family need to survive.
The construction industry is among the most dangerous in the world, with some of the highest rates of serious injuries and deaths. In a recent year, a staggering 21.1 percent of the fatal work accidents were in the construction industry, according to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
The workers' comp system in New Jersey was established to protect workers - and employers. You exchange the right to sue your employer for the right to benefits through this "no-fault" system. Essentially, if you are injured at work, whether due to an accident, toxic exposure, repetitive motions, a fall, or other incidents, you should expect to have your medical treatment covered, and to receive benefits for a percentage of your paycheck.

Sorry Lawyer. Will take your money and then withdraw from your case without representing you. I have warrants thanks to his failure to notify the court I was in another court on the same day. When I informed his assistant she hung up on me and the rest is a wrap. They filed a motion to withdraw saying I was "insulting the staff" when in reality I was telling her how to do her job and that it was a court error. Or was I supposed to keep the notice for failure to appear. Not once did I insult the staff even though I had plenty of reasons. It was their mistake and all they had to do was

Quoted me an exorbitant amount of money for services. Teitelbaum talked to me initially then threw the case to some young assistant. The assistant told me if I wanted to win this case it was going to cost me. Fortunately, I found another attorney who was very experienced and quoted me exactly one fourth of what Teitelbaum wanted. Guess what? We won! I saved a bundle. Stay away from teitelbaum.
