Phenomenal!! We woke up on Christmas Eve to a soaked carpet, due to rainwater seeping in through the walls. We called Brady and he was at our house within half an hour.
He and his partner not only extracted the water, they also cleared the plugged drain and helped find the issue, and on top of that they helped with putting a temporary fix in place. They went above and beyond anything I'd hoped for, especially for working on a holiday. They were a pleasure to work with, worked quickly and efficiently, and left behind a spotless workspace.

We have had Brady's carpet service clean our carpets for years. We also called him in for the carpet in our 2 rent houses we use to have. They are fantastic! They win over Stanley Steemer by a landslide. I dumped a good gallon of paint on my new couch & living room carpet. It was late in the evening & he came right over & got it all up. Blake has retired now but the young guy that bought him out is running the business just like Blake Brady did!
