Dr. Hannawi is a certified full body ART provider which includes the upper extremity, lower extremity and spine. Active release technique (ART) is a state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. We practice active release technique as a part of our massage therapy services.
Our team strives to make sure our licensed and certified Physical Therapists provide patients with the highest quality service available. Our approach is based upon the functional model and the dynamic use of manual medicine into rehabilitation. Our sessions aim to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible!
Therapeutic Taping, also known as Kinesiology Taping, is a method of treatment offered by our physical therapists. The Therapeutic Taping process is simple - it involves a special tape placed on your body to ease muscle tension, improve movement and support your joints. Unlike athletic tape, kinesiology tape promotes movement rather than restriction.
Both pre-operative conditioning & post-operative care are essential to a successful surgery but also to the healing process that takes place following surgery. This conditioning allows your body and mind to be prepare for surgery and healing. Operative care varies depending on the patient and the surgery.

Best physical therapist i have every been to . After such disappointment at my previous therapist the staff at elite spine was a breathe of fresh air . Such a friendly/family environment . I feel significantly better since I made the switch and I will never look back ! Physical therapy is hard and it helps to like the people that are helping you get back to 100% . Ray Mike John Kevin and Lydia are the best in the business take my word for it please you won’t regret it !

I am so grateful for this spot. Not only did they help me recover from my injuries, but they made me feel like family. They genuinely care about their patients and recovery is their main priority. John and Mike couldn’t be anymore professional. They are both very knowledgeable in everything they do. Also the staff is very friendly and welcoming especially the receptionist Destiny. Couldn’t ask for a better PT spot so glad I came here.

Elite spine & sports care is by far the best physical therapist & chiropractic office I’ve been to. I’ve been coming here for a little over a month and love it. Great environment and very caring staff. Mike, John, Annalisse and Ray all do an amazing job of treating you. Destiny is also a sweetheart and does a great job running the place.

I absolutely LOVE this practice. I got into a car accident in 2019 and my rehabilitation process has been amazing thanks to John who was my chiropractor at first and then i moved up to Mike whos my PT doctor. Both do amazing jobs. I feel so brand new walking out of this facility every time. Destiny makes sure all my needs are met, shes soo polite and professional! I highly recommend this facility to ANYONE ! Thank you guys!! I will be returning here if i have to go through this process again, im super comfortable here <3

The team at Elite Sport and Spine has been incredible with helping me manage my pains and showing me things that I can do at home. Everyone is so kind and professional. So grateful for this practice. I have been dealing with extreme back pain for many years which was exacerbated after 2 kids. I was unable to do simple things like taking my active young kids for a walk, or even cook dinner without pain. Visits to different doctors and PT with no real improvement made me feel pretty defeated.
After receiving treatment at Elite - WOW - I have completely regained my quality of life and my pain has drastically decreased. Dr Mike and Dr John are phenomenal doctors who truly took the time to help me in my recovery journey. The two PT aides, Annalisse and Lydia are amazing

By far the best PT I've received from Raymond, he had patience with me and explained everything thoroughly for me to feel comfortable, made going to the session even better. The staff was great the second i walked through the doors, felt welcomed but felt ready to put in the work to reach my health and fitness goal, even at my age. By far the best Pt I have been to. From the front desk to the doctors are all welcoming. Feel like home every time you walk in. When it comes to knowing their stuff and treating their patients accordingly, they are on point and get you back to feeling good in no time. As an athlete with plenty of aches and pains. My treatments have got me back on my feet feeling better then most pt places I have been too. I recommend to anyone who is in the fortlee area or north jersey area.

Elite Spine is by far the best physical therapy and chiropractor office I've went to. I got treated by Dr. John for chronic back pain. Unfortunately I do not have health insurance but they do offer affordable cash prices and lowest in the area. The entire staff are extremely pleasant, I highly recommend this office!
Also, Destiny is so bomb. She’s so sweet and Very accommodating & super patient. I love her!
