I absolutely LOVE living here! Staff is AMAZING and the new manager is one of the best landlords I’ve had in a VERY LONG TIME! My studio apartment is perfect for me and the price is great compared to some other places in Florence. Working as a contracted traveling nurse is hard…even harder to find a short term lease sometimes. Maintenance is great and property is very quiet and CLEAN. Easy access to the interstate and my job downtown. Would highly recommend!

I came to Patriot Place needing just a studio apartment for myself and my cat. My move in date is in 3 days and since working with Paula and Moriah, I don't think I'll ever find better property managers. My experience in working with Paula has been amazing and she has helped me more than I could have ever asked. From now on I will always recommend Patriot Place to any friends or family looking to find a place to lease. I wouldn't trade my experience with these great people for anything in the world, and that comes from the heart. For personal reasons, the help I have received from Paula as well

I've been at Patriot Place for four years, and the management has been mediocre for about 3 years. But, this last year things have been changing with the new management. They have been getting rid of the stray cats, making sure people keep the place clean, and they have been responding to maintenance calls faster. And, they don't bust in on you anymore with pest control anymore because they actually send out emails when they are coming ahead of time. I gave them a 5 star rating because I genuinely believe in the people who are in charge now. The building isn't new, but the rent payment is fair

I stayed here for 5 months completing a work contract. Traveling so frequently, safety is my top priority when choosing a place to live, and the location was great (near the local university) and I never felt unsafe living at Patriot Place. I was able to do month-to-month rent which is really helpful for short term stay. Not only was it extremely affordable and pet friendly, I had almost no issues while staying there. As somewhat of a minimalist, the studio I stayed in was perfect and basic with new carpets and counter tops. The manager, Paula, does an amazing job keeping this place well-maintained

My son has lived here for several years and I’ve never been so happy for him to call Patriot Place his home. The new manager Mrs Paula has been absolutely amazing. She has made the property look absolutely beautiful since she started last year and I cannot believe how beautiful his apartment is. The office staff is so nice and the maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful. They treat you like you matter....they know your name when you walk in the door. Things have changed a lot in the last year and it’s about time! Just ask for Mrs Paula the Property Manager. She can take care of it!

Love my apartment experience here. Easy transactions, prompt service calls, friendly staff. Paula, Iris, Kenny Jimmy Have always made themselves Available for any problems we have. Paula is a great manager very caring And works with you on any issue. Definitely feels like a family environment quiet and safe.

We just moved in this week and I know I should probably wait a few days before I write this but I love my new place. A very special thank you to the manager Paula she went above and beyond to ensure our whole experience went without any issues. With being first time renters we didn't know what to expect but honestly with Paula's and Iris's expertise we now are in a great apt.
