I called several times for quotes immediate response but they didn't deliver in state I chose but very good services not opened in shipment that is a 100%reward there to know not touched til I open it and tops on packing and wrapping just general all around service my vote 5 stars

Art called me on a Sunday and texted twice, I appreciate that. In fact, he kept in contact with me throughout the weekend, Willie and James moved in my belongings with care, respect, and efficiency. They fixed a bed frame that the movers before them disassembled improperly

SUPER DISAPPOINTING!!!
I've used this company twice now. The first time, their price was reasonable, the pick up on time. However, the drop off was THREE WEEKS LATE!!! And I got NOTHING for the delay!!!
My second move, they jacked their prices up, and claimed they were giving me a "huge discount" - it was 10%. THEN (and this is the best part!) the week of my move THEY CANCELLED ON ME!! To be fair, they provided me another moving company within my time frame, BUT IT WAS 10% MORE EXPENSIVE!!! And that company was EVEN WORSE!!
I am not a novice at moving - I move every 1 to 2

I would like to update my review with this Company. There was some miscommunication at the beginning of my move process, but the RESOLUTION team went over and beyond to make sure the rest of my move went smoothly. Specifically Donna & Stephanie were a tremendous help. They both heard out what happened, offered they're condolences and help with a resolution.
UPDATE: updating my review post deliver (1/13). The resolutions team helped in compensating me some for the delay in delivery of my items, but I have a HUGE problem. When my items were picked up 12/14 I had to pay the remaining half

Move it Cube it was great on so many levels. The price was half of what bigger moving companies quoted (amazing!) and the service was wonderful. They arrived for pick up in the time window that they gave us, and they dropped off within 21 days of picking up (we moved from the east coast to the west coast so that isn't bad at all considering the distance). They expertly packed and unpacked the cube and NONE of our belongings were missing or damaged- something I was sure we would not be able to avoid, but they managed to make it happen! So happy with their service, they were always available

Great family business with great service! They were very accommodating and ON TIME! They carefully blanket wrapped all of my major furniture, including a pricless grandfather clock I was soooo worried about moving. This was also the PERFECT option to move me into temporary housing and store many other items before I close on my new house. I have heard some HORROR stories about people's moving experiences and I was pleasantly surprised how well they finished the job. Definitely recommend them.

It is good that you found my file, but curious that you don't see a long list of complaints during my move. This is just another example of your very poor communication methods. One employee (name withheld) was reprimanded and taken off the job. The driver for your final delivery service (a contracted company) who demanded a large cash tip on delivery was taken off the job. Again, your cubes are not tracked while in your warehouse holding area, nor are they tracked across the country. You are running blind. This is a simple BAR CODE fix. Your electronic systems are not suitable for your current
