Told them the problem, the harmonic balancer,, they told me 1 hr to change a harmonic balancer, got the truck to them, then got the huge text of the full diagnostic of the whole vehicle, told them to just do the harmonic balancer...this was on a friday at 2pm didn't get the truck back till monday, then was told they had to order the part even though advance auto and O'Reillys is just down the street, both had the parts in stock. Charged us $250.66 for a $122.00 harmonic balancer, $70.79 for a $49.00 tensioner and $57.90 for an $18.99 serpentine belt and thats not counting the labor..all in all

After $3,800 and 2 weeks of "it'll be ready tomorrow", my car now reeks of burned oil and it shakes/vibrates. I brought it back 9 hours one day then 7 hours another day with NO work done on it, I was only told "that's normal" and "we got nuthin'". Horrible customer service, horrible workmanship, no communication (or lies when there was communication), no standing behind their work, ... NEVER do business with these people!

Though I appreciate what they are trying to do, not everyone wants a full inspection of their vehicle with a text messaged invoice to fix everything they find. I simply wanted them to do what I asked of them. They won't let you know up front they're doing this either. Not the place for me. They would have had my business if they just would have looked at what I needed.

My 2007 Honda CR-V needed a front-end wheel alignment. I wasn't sure who to use so, I called Same Day Auto Repair in Sand Springs. I was expecting to wait several days before they could get me in, but I was given an appointment the very next day! I arrived several minutes before my appointment time and was checked in immediately by my Service Advisor, Bobby White. He took the information on my vehicle, including my email address and phone number. Much to my surprise a little while later, I started receiving messages and emails with details about the job. If you want a nice place to sit while you are taken for a ride then feel free to go here. Maybe they have decent prices on tires and that's were all the positive reviews come from, but if you are looking to have work done on your car this place is a ridiculously over priced. Im not sure if they thought they could take advantage of a young woman or if they treat everyone this way. I came in with very specific requests that they basically ignored, and proceeded to try and convince me I needed over 1000 worth of work done. Between the fact that the parts are more than double what you'd pay for them

The Sheridan store went above and beyond to get me back on the road after my truck left me stranded with death wobble. They worked me in and continued to rework the truck so that it was safe for me and the horses I was hauling. Ross was very educating on the source of the problem and suggested aftermarket parts to fix it. While the break down was not ideal, it was very enlightening as I’ve been chasing the issue for months. Big thanks for getting me back on the road!

I scheduled an appointment to come in and have aftermarket wheels and tires put on my truck and an alignment. I asked them to break down my old tires from my factory wheels. Well after picking my truck up with… my stock equipment I noticed that my factory king ranch 20in wheels had been scratched and chipped. After speaking with the store manager billy he offered my $100 for my damages to 4 wheels. There tire machine chipped the chrome plating off my wheels in several spots. Along with significant scratches on the spokes of the wheels. I told him I was reasonable person and understand things

A++ ...Southern Hills location is awesome! Bobby and his team got me in immediately and kept me informed throughout the process. On the way home I had an electrical issue and they got me back in immediately and fixed it with no charge! My grandfather and Father were independent garage owners all my life and Bobby runs it as if we're his own. I had the repairs done last week and I received a text this morning asking if everything was good.

Highly recommend this place for any auto repair needs. Bobby and his staff are friendly, honest and they work quick! My car broke down yesterday at lunch and I had AAA tow it here based on Yelp reviews. It was close to where we broke down and two hours later we had a diagnosis and a solution. Bobby called and let me know how much it was going to be. They were honest and quick. My car was ready by 10 this morning and it ended up being slightly less than I was quoted! Win win!

I love this place. Last year I bought a used car and have spent so much money on repairs. I took it their because a friend uses them all the time on his white raptor. Amazing such an honest group of guys. My car is a 2006 Envoy Denali. Love it when it's drivable. Thanks to these guys. She's running great.

I took my car in for an issue with the wiper fluid hose. Frank was the technician who helped me and he was very courteous and professional. He called me with an accurate, reasonable quote before performing the work and it was almost exactly two hours between the time I brought my car in and the time he called saying it was finished. I also had my tires rotated during that time and both they and the windshield washer are performing well. I won't hesitate to visit them again when the need arises.
