Melissa Dacunha is extremely unprofessional and I'd advise against anyone from obtaining any service she has to offer. I paid a retainer fee of several thousand dollars, and in return she gave absolutely no legal counsel. Melissa Dacunha met with me one time and assured me she would win my civil suit. After receiving payment from me, she never met with me again, Melissa Dacunha showed up to court late and dressed unprofessional, and also provided no legal counsel. The Police got involved as well as the Florida Bar. Melissa Dacunha tells many lies, and is extremely unprofessional and unethical

Melissa's firm stuck with the process from start to finish. This was a difficult case that had a number of steps and took almost 3 years but the end result exceeded my initial expectations and I was very happy with her team's services and at a reasonable price.
