We recently had to have medicine called in for an appointment here in Ponca City. They recommended Bintz and implied the meds would be ready for pick up. Two hours later we went to pick up our prescriptions and then had to wait 30 minutes for them to prepare them!! This made us 30 minutes late for our scheduled appointment. I asked the tech if the scripts had been called in earlier and she replied "Yes, but we are very busy." Two hours busy? They must be exhausted!!!

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. It doesn’t matter whether you call ahead or not, you’ll still wait 45 minutes. You could be the only car in the drive thru, and it will still take 45 minutes. When it comes to having sick children that need to be at home resting, a 45 minute wait is unacceptable. I will be finding a new pharmacy.

I can't decide if leaving this will make me feel better or not. I like about 50% of the job they do. 50% of the staff are amazing but that leaves the the other 50% that ruins what the good ones do. I've been going here for a year now and I never know if I'm going to get all my medications or if I'm going to have to do their job and make calls to guarantee my order is correct. I always have to call my doctor to get refills because they don't seem to know how to pick up the phone to do it themselves. They lose doctors orders that have been faxed and can't be bothered

Awesome staff. They are extremely busy due to their friendly attitude towards their customers. I switched from Walgreens to Bintz strictly due to their attitude. Like it was an effort to wait on you and you were privileged to be waited on. Bintz always sends me a text when my meds are ready for pickup. And they will call you if you don't show up that day. Great Pharmacy and I will continue to use them.

This is rediculous! I’ve been on hold over an hour. It’s Sat. You close at noon and I. Red my meds. This happens every time with this prescription. It’s supposed to be automatic refill. It never is. I’m a relatively new acct. (less than a year) but I’m fixing to be a canceled acct. if you can’t get this right. And what’s the deal in not answering the phone.

MIL only came to visit, but is now here until things calm down, Bintz was able to refill an out of state prescription without any unnecessary hassle. I waited a total of 5 min from the time I pulled up until I pulled off when I went and picked it up. They also always provided prompt and courteous service when I was in charge of filling my own Mother’s prescriptions before she passed.

This is a great pharmacy to go to if you want to wait 45 minutes to a couple of hours at a time for a prescription pickup that you were told hours earlier was ready to be picked up. Or if you want to be talked to like you're stupid! Or if you want to be lied to every step of the way. Good job lying and blaming hospice for not approving the payment… for said prescriptions when at least hospice has shown proof as to when the prescriptions were run, whether they were approved or denied and what time it was run or approved or denied. a prescription that we were told hospice denied all day had

They are friendly but it gets really frustrating when I go to pick of medicine and nearly every time they say "It's just finishing up, do you want to wait?" This happens nearly all the time, even when I've called in hours or even a day before. There has been a few times they have texted me and told me it's ready but I get there and somehow "It's just finishing up." On the other hand, it is better than Walgreens and Walmart.

We LOVE getting all our medicines every month at Bintz pharmacy. They work very hard in getting all your medicines on there sync program each month : They are very helpful with any questions about your medications. They will even order special things for you. They have always been great to work with and very helpful to me each month. We are blessed… to have a good pharmacy in Ponca like Bintz pharmacy. Bonus is my doggy Little Eli looks forward to getting his dog treats at each visit. Dogs treats come through the window according to Little Eli . We Love Bintz pharmacy .
