Josh was a perfect gentleman, polite and informative. I learned so much and it feels great knowing our furnace had a thorough preventive maintenance session and minor repair.

Cosby is very professional from the friendly phone contacts to the well trained technicians. Brad arrived on time, explained details in simple terms, updated me throughout the diagnostic and repair process, provided parts & labor fees from his tablet, completed the repairs and cleaned up the area within a few hours. Paul and Barb Eddy (Owners) have created a culture of employees that really care about what they do and will do whatever it takes to take care of their customers! I know this first hand because I am a Cosby Employee AND Customer. My furnace was having issues yesterday and within minutes of his arrival, Brad had my furnace running again. Rather… than calling it a day, he continued to check all of the components to make sure everything was working as it should. Our furnace went out and we called for a repair, and they came within an hour or two. We actually needed a new furnace and had a dangerous carbon monoxide leak to boot. We had an installer here within a half hour to give us an estimate, and by mid-afternoon we had a new furnace installed. On a day where the temperature was single digits, I can't… stress enough how much we appreciated it. I was making a cherry pie, and they had the furnace installed quicker than I could make and bake a pie. Now that's bragging rights! Thank you to the entire Cosby team.
