I have had two different technicians visit my home over the past few months, both very polite and friendly. Best part is the service seems to be super effective! We had a big ant problem that manifested itself quickly and unexpectedly. We were unprepared as we had not yet set up pest control services for our home. I called Essential Pest Management and they had a technician come the very next day, and returned again two weeks later to do an additional spot treatment. Their technicians are capable and kind, and their service is very affordable.

I'm a Chimney professional, working at a property , where this technician was spraying the property. This fireplace is outside your guy sprayed my work area and didn't say anything about it. I approached him , in which he told me I'd probably be ok unless I had an allergic reaction. Very unprofessional, he could have asked me to move my things for a few minutes so that we could both do our jobs appropriately and without ME being put in harm's way became your guy is lazy and rude.

We were very happy with the work that Chase did for us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all our questions. He thoroughly explained the treatment and what to expect in the upcoming days after our house was treated.
