I will always suggest Essential Pest Control! My great experience started off with Amanda. She was friendly and she went out of her way to get me an earlier appointment to take care of my bug problem. Then the owner came to fill the appointment. They go out of their way to keep their clients and it shows. Thanks guys! You guys have another long standing client now!

We are really pleased with the work Chase did yesterday. He was very personable, communicated well and apparently did an excellent job. Very few dead (and no live) roaches inside the house, but the front porch was covered by dead ones (a good sign!). I didn't see Chase spread the gel but was glad to read that it was applied to under the window in the bedroom, which is a potential problem spot that I pointed out to Chase. We're feeling much more confident that the bugs will stay outside since you were here. Thanks!

We had a big ant problem that manifested itself quickly and unexpectedly. We were unprepared as we had not yet set up pest control services for our home. I called Essential Pest Management and they had a technician come the very next day, and returned again two weeks later to do an additional spot treatment. Their technicians are capable and kind, and their service is very affordable.

Revised 2/2/21 - Chase is awesome. He is always on time, sends me a text reminder to confirm, and remembers the details of what I want done. He's respectful and the service is great. I never have any bug issues and he is careful with our pets. Super happy with Chase and the team at Essential Pest Management. I wouldn't use anyone else. Original Review - 2019 - Always on time, very professional, and I haven't had any bug issues. Highly recommend!

I'm a Chimney professional, working at a property , where this technician was spraying the property. This fireplace is outside your guy sprayed my work area and didn't say anything about it. I approached him , in which he told me I'd probably be ok unless I had an allergic reaction. Very unprofessional, he could have asked me to move my things for a few minutes so that we could both do our jobs appropriately and without ME being put in harm's way became your guy is lazy and rude.

We were very happy with the work that Chase did for us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all our questions. He thoroughly explained the treatment and what to expect in the upcoming days after our house was treated. I first used Essential pest about 8 months ago as a one time service, their customer service was amazing. So much so as I wanted to have my hpuse sprayers the seasons had changed that I went through old bank statements to find the company I used. I now have set up a plan for them to just come out. Chase is efficient, friendly, and prompt. He even takes the time ro explain things as he goes along.

Pat is a great guy - friendly, timely, and professional. My partner and I called, not knowing anything about our bug problem, and we received a prompt call back with answers, pricing, and rapid scheduling. He sent a message when he was on his way, showed up on time with a smile, and talked us through what he was doing. He handled the dogs well, and came back for follow-ups in precisely the same timely and friendly manner Ive come to expect of him! Overall, I cant reccomend him enough for anyone who needs fast, friendly, and very effective service!
