Our role is to achieve our clients objectives while preserving and increasing the value of the client's investment property and generating income for our clients. The Services include advertising our client's properties, screening tenants, negotiating leases, collect rents, scheduling maintenance for the properties, keeping accurate records, providing regular reports and communications to our clients.
As an alternative for Owners who desire to management their own property but do not have the tools, time or desire to handle the marketing of their property we are offering this option. We operate in strict compliance with the SC Residential Landlord and Tenant Act and the International Property Maintenance Code.
As a prospective resident, you will be treated with honesty and integrity throughout the application process. Your personal information will be treated with confidentiality and the security you deserve. It typically takes 1 business day to process an application once we receive all of the necessary documents and payment.
We use professional vendors (painters, handymen, plumbers, carpet cleaners, etc) to ensure that your unit is in good condition. We inspect the work performed to ensure that everything is ready before you move in. We provide detailed Move-in forms for proper documentation of the condition of your rental.
