Everyone should have an estate plan, which can include a last will and testament, trusts and/or advance directive such as a healthcare power of attorney and living will. Business Formation (Corporation, LLC, etc.), Contracts, etc. - almost everything that small business owners do touches on some aspect of business law.

We can help negotiate the terms and conditions of a complex contractual agreement, then draft the contract or review the contract that has been presented to you. From zoning issues to negotiating construction contracts and from mechanics liens to defects and delays, you will need the knowledge necessary to guide projects from inception to completion.
Services
With 25 years of experience handling transactions and disputes, Paul Goyette and his team strive for a professional and results-oriented approach. Located in Flint Township, Michigan, the office specializes in and is particularly suited to serving the needs of clients throughout Southeast and Mid-Michigan.
My team of dedicated legal professionals is well-versed in many specialized areas. We will not attempt to advocate for you in an area of law that we are not experienced and/or proficient. My team brings a diverse background to the table. This gives us an edge when dealing with complex legal matters.
Everyone should have an estate plan, which can include a last will and testament, trusts and/or advance directive such as a healthcare power of attorney and living will. Estate planning is one of the most important steps a person can make to ensure that their final property and health care wishes are honored, and that loved ones are provided for in their absence.
Business Formation (Corporation, LLC, etc.), Contracts, etc. - almost everything that small business owners do touches on some aspect of business law. Having a lawyer that can ensure that all of your legal matters are in order for your business is priceless. Even more importantly, it lets you focus on the thing that matters the most: focusing on your business.
Contracts are everywhere; we enter into contracts everyday without even knowing we did, for example, putting a coin into the vending machine, going to the restaurant and taking snacks, buying a newspaper, taking a bus. A contract is a legally binding agreement enforceable in a court of law. However, not every agreement between two parties is a legally binding contract.

Very polite and professional in their practice. I find them to be pleasant in all our dealings over the past several years and will continue to go to them with all my business.

Paul was patient, kind and gentle with my family and myself and we went over our questions, concerns and fears about end of life issues. He helped my family and myself with delicate issues of estate planning, medical directives and much more. I am more than grateful, because these conversations are not easy to have with loved ones, or in front of a professional. He is very respectful to us all, and we all walked out of his office feeling as if a bond of trust had been formed. Thank you again, Paul Goyette.

My opinion Paul Goyette is a dishonest attorney. If you hire him make sure everything is in writing. I would never hire him again.
