Our loved one was there for approximately 3 weeks and for the entire time, due to Covid 19 policies for entering residents, was kept in isolation. Another resident, who was also in isolation nearby, screamed so long and so loudly that our family member was extremely afraid and traumatized. New clothing items sent by family members were lost and never returned. This can be costly to family. The extent of activities was handing our family member a newspaper that we had purchased and provided to them .Medication management on a daily basis was not a part of our loved ones care due to not needing anything

Do not send your loved one here!! My grandmother was sent here after a surgery that had complications. They misread her chart, and for over a month gave her massive doses of magnesium without rechecking her levels. Magnesium at those doses causes blowout diarrhea. She was pooing 5-10 times a day without being able to make it to the bathroom in time. After a while, the staff got later and later with changing her. One time while I was there, she had to sit in her filth for an hour before they came to clean her. Meanwhile, she got weaker and weaker. They complained that she wasn’t doing her physical

I have a very dear friend who ended up staying here after a surgery that didn't go as well as hoped for. I had been visiting and she had been having major issues with diarrhea 7-10 times per day at this point for 2 weeks. While sitting there they brought in her meds. Stool softener, and 2 tablets of magnesium. I don't think you need a medical degree to know that someone with chronic diarrhea doesn't need stool softener. I then went on to tell the nurse that magnesium is a natural laxative and asked why they would be giving her magnesium when she has chronic diarrhea. She said that my friend had

These guys are a twisted bunch of people. They let someone take my grandmother's things and not ever let us know about her or how she was doing. Matter of fact they let a nurse take her belongings and didn't even notify us of her being sick or passing on. Almost a month after she passed I had to find out she passed because these guys couldn't ever keep her records straight or anything.
