Signs and Safety Devices was established in 2007 by Heather Altobelli. We began as a small company with limited resources and just three employees. Within a few years Signs and Safety Devices grew into a successful sign company with several divisions and over 40 employees. The Sales and Service division is focused on traffic products; including traffic cones, drums, construction signs and custom signage.
Regulatory traffic signs are designed to inform a driver of state and city traffic laws. They can be used to warn drivers of potential danger. In addition to commercial applications, these types of traffic signs can also be used on private properties. Some private property owners use regulatory traffic signs to inform other drivers that a road is private.
Construction: This sign leans more toward an informative nature. It usually contains wordings that inform or direct workers and visitors to perform an act like "sign in" or "no trespassing". Ladder/Scaffold: This sign is displayed to warn others of ongoing works. It helps raise awareness of the presence of workers so as to protect them from falling off ladders/scaffolds due to being pushed.
