Antonio did an excellent job explaining the services that I signed up for. He then explained what he was going to do inside and outside. He also reminded me about keeping my pets safe for the next few hours while the treatment settled and dried. Once he was finished, he explained what he noticed and made me aware of some things I might see in the… next few days and not be alarmed by the possibility of seeing a few more insects than usual. Antonio explained they would return in the next month to treat again and then after that, it would be every three months. I appreciated his thoroughness

I just started working with Pro Force Pest Control and am very pleased. Chad came by today for my first quarterly service. He answered all my questions about ants, spiders, mice and more with admirable expertise. He was very thorough so I know my home and yard are protected from pests. We are very pleased with ProForce! Jason gave us a quote, then upon arrival and more conversation over what insects we were seeing, it ended up being quite a bit less than originally quoted (American roaches vs German roaches apparently). He was thorough, doing a walk through the inside and outside of our home, explained what he saw, what we would expect in the next few days after treatment, left our house clean, put our minds at ease over the products being used around our family and pet.

After more than 15 years with a competitor - I switched to ProForce Pest Control and I couldn't be happier. I have been able to receive a higher standard of service, amazing communication and follow-up, and for a lower price than the competitor. ProForce allows customers to set up notification alerts (I choose to receive a text), which gives me advance notice of upcoming service. After the service is completed, they follow up with the name of the technician, who in turn summarizes the service he performed.
