Myotherapy is simply treatment of muscle tissue. While calming massage is a component of that, myotherapy encompasses various other aspects such as active muscle movements during treatment intended to engage the nervous system in specific ways, connective tissue release techniques to address felt restriction during body movements, or the use of heat and cold to assist in muscle healing.

As opposed to a more spa style massage, Broken Arrows specialized in the holistic treatment of pain, muscle dysfunction, movement. Book today and feel the difference.
Services
Now that the snow has mostly melted, you may be noticing tightness or pain in your lower back and/or flanks. Especially if you've been shoveling! Our muscles are meant to move and if we decide to move a lot after a period of relative inactivity, our muscles sometimes have trouble keeping up. If you're experiencing lasting pain and ice or warm compresses aren't breaking the cycle for you, book a session with us.
I wanted to announce that I'm launching a new primary focus of myself and Broken Arrows. I am transitioning to chronic pain management, and I have a new rate scale for those interested. If you commit to at least 3 days a month for at least 2 months, you'll pay only $50 per massage. These sessions are focused on your individual needs, and are more like something you'd receive in physical therapy than a spa.
My new hours will be from 5:30PM to 9:00PM M-F, and I am only booking one client per evening to further mitigate potential for cross-infection between clients. I am not accepting new clients at this time, but will as our county moves forward through the reopening phases. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
As always, I exercise universal precautions in my practice to protect myself, my family, and my clients. All linens and blankets are sanitized at 140°F and all surfaces and equipment are disinfected between clients. Whether you realize it or not, I wash my hands 3x for each client! Once before you arrive, once after intake, and once after massage.

I’ve been impressed with the massage therapy received. Jessy is very knowledgeable and provides thorough explanations each step of the way. I definitely leave feeling less pain and more mobility than prior to my appt. I highly recommend him.

Jessy is an amazing massage therapist! He understands how muscles move and work and can help you move and feel better. If you give him the chance to do massage work on you, you will not be disappointed. You'll walk away feeling so much better and with some knowledge on how to do self care as well.

Amazed at the level of knowledge! Made every effort to fully understand my issues prior to working on my back. Took the time to educate me about my back and gave at home exercises to help in between massages. Tranquil environment and very professional. If I could give TEN starts I would!

Jess has great technique. My neck was unbearable and he relieved the strain and tension that was causing the pain. Plus he instructed me on what to do post and how to prevent the problem in the future. Much appreciated.

Jessy does a great job of learning about what is bothering you and why. He asks about what your normal routine is in order to learn what may be causing the issues you have. Such as your type of profession, if you sit at a desk, do you exercise, and many other areas. Overall I would highly recommend him!

I've been to see Jessy several times and he may very well be the best massage therapist I have ever seen. He's amazingly knowledgeable about the true "nuts and bolts" of the body and he has helped me learn a number of ways to heal my injuries and aches and pains. He's a conscientious and caring healthcare provider and I really love going to see him. I recommend him highly.
