The Flower Shop and it's staff are Great. Easy online ordering or you may call them directly to order. Incredible follow up via email that gives you the option to review your order and make changes. I did need to make a change to my order so I called the shop and a very helpful gentleman answered the phone and made the necessary changes for me; I was impressed with and grateful for the excellent Customer Service.

I was trying to order flowers for a family member's passing. I entered the information on the website as requested, and I got a call from the shop asking for clarification on where it should be delivered -- that is fair as I put my name and not the deceased as I was advised incorrectly by the funeral home, so we updated it. The person at the shop then asked what time the service was, and I advised I did not know, only that I knew the date. The person at the shop then advised that the flowers that I chose would not be available in time 2 days from now, when the funeral was scheduled. We then discussed

I love sending people I love flowers, and this shop and Randall, the owner, deliver absolutely the best, most creative, most spectacular flowers and floral arrangements I have ever ordered, and I order A LOT of flowers. The most recent order overwhelmed the recipients with their stunning, graceful beauty. Somehow Randall can reveal the beauty of nature in a way that is just unique unto himself. The flowers were somehow fresh and emitting beautiful fragrances into their home nearly three weeks later. Amazing. 200% (not a typo) thrilled customer.
