Sultana watches are part of the very heart of Swiss watchmaking history. The Sultana company was founded in 1937 in La Chaux-de-Fonds by Mr. Paul Gaston Schwarz. He started his career in the watch manufacturing industry with the aim to create perfection with every Sultana timepiece. He strived for ways to improve the then current manufacturing methods of the watchmaking industry in the Jura region.

I brought in my Great Aunts old ring to have the adjustable band changed to a solid silver band. When I picked it up and wore it I noticed it fit crooked plus one of the prongs was sticking out and was snagging my clothes. When I brought it back the next day and told the owner of my concerns, the owner said “ the ring is not crooked your finger is crooked! I have been making and fixing jewelry for 25 years!” I was shocked and embarrassed! I grabbed my stuff and walked out! Beautiful shop great selection and kind people. Most places seem to over promise and under deliver however main street jewelry is not one of those places, I brought a few pieces of jewelry to be repaired they told me repairs could take from 5 to 7 days at the time I dropped it off however to my surprise I was called 2 business Days Later and it was already repaired and done these guys over delivered at a great price with great service and great people, I will never again purchase or have repairs done anywhere other than Main Street Jewelers.

My husband went there yesterday and said Tim Clinton was amazing. He was very friendly and helpful. He helped him with his Swiss Army watch and gave a recommendation for or grandfather clock. We are fairly new to the Klamath Community and are extremely impressed with how welcoming every one is.

I highly recommend Main Street Jewelers in Klamath Falls. We were looking for a place to repair my bracelet and they went beyond the call of duty and fixed it perfectly. It wasn't an easy repair but they found a way. They had lovely things in there for sale. Just their interior decor was fascinating - the old movie stills they have are wonderful. Very nice people and the service exemplary.

Very honest and trustworthy. Doesn't try to take advantage or oversell anything. They make you feel very comfortable and walk you through all steps. I highly recommend Main Street Jewelers! They are fixing my wedding ring and other establishments had said I needed to rebuild entire ring which would cost a ton of money. He gave it to me straight and was extremely honest with me that it was not needed and is fixing my ring! Will definitely only buy from Main Street from now on!! Thank you for the amazing service!!!
