Dr. Mahallati will put in an effort to fix anything you may dislike about your visit which I do really value in a doctor and business owner. They also have advanced technology abilities and have kind staff. I didn't have the best overall experience with the other doctor that comes on Wednesdays which is why I can't give them more than 3 stars but appreciate that they will ensure they right any wrong and try to give the best experience.

I love coming to Bay Dental because I love how clean the office always looks and the work you get done is always the best. I went to different places in the past, but Bay Dental made me change my mind about dental offices. Going to the dentist has always been a much dreaded prospect for many of us. But since placing myself, 10 (15 maybe?) years ago, under the care of a very competent and caring dentist, Dr. Mahallati, and his wife, Randi (a hygienist with the gentlest hands and the gentlest manner!), I have come to even look forward to it. Talk about being professional! I was VERY VERY impressed with how the receptionist, Sergio, handled a customer. They came in (without an appointment) and asked to be seen. But he told them they had nothing available but would be bake to make an emergency appointment. He proceeded by telling them that their will be a $15 charge from all clients because of the increase of equipment they need to get due to Covid.. I think it's very reasonable, but this customer got very upset over it and was very rude! Sergio never lost his cool and professionally explained the reason for the $15 charge. Sergio

Bay Dental is my childhood dentist. Even now that I reside in LA, I still come to Dr. Mahallati to get work done, not only because he's extremely knowledgeable and gentle, but also because he's the only dentist that's never splashed water all over my face. I will also mention that I bring all my boyfriends to Bay Dental--the ritual typically being that Dr. Mahallati meets them before my dad does. I love this place, they always do a great job. Since I visited this office for the first time, I was little nervous to know what was wrong with my teeth. I had a tooth that was moving my teeth and they offered me braces. Now, I have my teeth aligned, they always pay attention to my treatment, and have helped me to have a better hygiene. This is a wonderful office. Very easy to schedule an appointment. I needed dental work done which was explained throughly by the doctor. The biller gave me a detailed bill with all the insurance codes prior to the procedure and reviewed it in detail with me. The dentist, Dr. Mahallati is very kind and gentle. Explained everything and answered all my questions. His assistant holly is excellent and very pleasant. Such an unexpected good experience at the dentist! Highly recommended!

I have been coming to this dentist for 20 plus years and I have always had a awesome experience. Dr. Mahallati and staff are extremely experienced and professional. I don’t think i could have a better experience. I had a tooth emergency, was a new patient, and they got me in the very next day. Not only did they get me in, they were able to fix a filling, make me a crown, and deep clean my gums all in the same day. The entire staff was beyond helpful and friendly. I felt like they genuinely had my best interest at heart. I am extremely grateful I got my teeth fixed that day, I was for sure I’d have to wait 2 weeks to have a crown made. My childhood dentist recently retired, so I had to look for a new one nearby. I went in today for a teeth cleaning. Because I was a new patient, I had to have an X-ray exam. I was really impressed with my experience. I am one who is at the dentist's rather frequently from braces to teeth cleaning to fillings. I have never been anywhere that was so thorough. It was not rushed like many experiences I've had with other dentists. The dental hygienist took her time cleaning my teeth and did not hurt me at all. Today was my first check up in years and I am so glad I chose Bay Dental to start getting back on track with my oral health. The staff are beyond welcoming very nice polite and friendly. The whole office space from front desk to the back rooms are thoroughly clean from top to bottom. Best dentist ever!!! I've been coming here for 7 plus years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Mahallati is a genius at his craft. He's always making sure everything is okay and you are comfortable before starting any procedures. The staff here (Gina, Sergio, Bonnie, Holly & Jo) are so friendly and very professional.

Our family (wife, two daughters, and my late mom) would like to lay claim to being the longest attending patients of Bay Dental, certainly in terms of "dental hours" attended (number of us x hours in the dentist's chair), ever since moving to Orange County in the summer of 2001. I've stuck around with this dentist for a while because their staff is pretty awesome. They really did a great job at finding a good mix of people that genuinely care about their patients and workplace. It's pretty clean here and they take their time to explain the process of everything. I had fillings, x-rays, and cleanings done here. Never had any pain or pressure to do anything I didn't want. I even came here while pregnant and they took extra precautions to protect my belly from x-rays and not inject too much anesthesia to harm my baby.

I have been coming to Bay Dental for about 17 years and I am very pleased with the service and staff. Dr. Mahalati and his staff always make sure I'm comfortable and not in pain whenever I get work done. I was always embarrassed with my smile, I had large spaces between teeth, had a gummy smile, and discolored teeth. I have gotten braces, a gum contour, an implant, and teeth whitening (at home kit), and am very pleased with the results. I'm a lot more confident with my smilenow! The whole staff are great ! Especially Holy , she is so nice and knows her job . Raquel cleaned my teeth today and she did a great job. I have sensitive teeth so she has to clean the old fashioned way . She took her time and cleaned them one by one .

After seeking a 4th opinion I decided to go with a different route of treatment. Root canal and crown all for fraction of what the dentist suggested, a tooth implant for $3500.00
Per my Endodontis determine there was no tooth cracked.
While been told that I need it this implant done asap. Have it done that day. That put a lot of presume and worry on me. Thank good I seek other opinions.
I will have hope for options not go with the most expensive course of treatment.
With the CT scan I was told my the dentis that it was to fit the implant not to confirm diagnosis. That if I decided not to have

I love this group of caring professionals at Bay Dental. After a few bad experiences at another HMO dental group, a friend told me about Bay Dental. I have been a happy and satisfied patient for about 10 years, which is saying a lot about this dental practice! I have a complicated health history and need exceptional dental care practitioners. I found that the standard is perfection from the front of the office with Gina booking appointments, to the oral hygienists who take digital teeth images (x-rays) and assist the Doctors, to the Doctors themselves who are gentle yet fastidious in their work
