If I could give zero stars I would. Paul was very nice to work with when project first started but then when it was time to submit plans to the city he was not getting along with the plan checker and not completing the city's requests in order to get our permit. He ended up flipping off the city plan checker during our video conference and said he wouldn't make the necessary changes thus not completing project. We tried recovering the thousands of dollars we paid him but he became hostile and wouldn't refund a cent.

I am extremely thankful that we were put in touch with Paul. His advice and services were instrumental in our purchase of a property that had foundation problems. His consultation put our mind at ease and helped save us thousands of dollars in unnecessary foundation work. We had previously used a foundation inspector whose bread and butter is selling customers a new foundation. I'm so grateful we bit the bullet and hired an independent inspector in Paul.
